I will Never use Mavis tire again for anything. I went to the one in Rahway and was turned away because they didn't want to work. Lazy standing around and made an excuse that my truck was too big for the lift. It's a 1500 pick up and they had a bigger pickup on the lift. My truck was already serviced there multiple times before. So I went to the Mavis in Fords. Absolute shit show. Every customer in the place was complaining. It was pouring rain and they left a woman's windows open waiting for her to pick up her car. Her car was soaked and She was livid. Another guy with a Lexus they scratched his new rims up. I went there for tire change and balance with a wheel alignment. It took 4.5 hours just to change 4 tires. Unreal!!! Never got it aligned because they didn't have any more time. Inexperienced staff with no clue what they are doing and slower than shit. 4.5 hours for tire change is crazy.

Brought my girlfriends car in today to get her tires changed, they broke her wheel lock key, replaced them with random lug nuts and one wheel only has 4 lug nuts instead of 5 crazy letting a paying customer drive with a missing lug nut unacceptable

I had an outstanding experience at the Mavis on New Brunswick Ave. in Fords. From the moment I walked in, everyone at the front desk was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I honestly thought there was a chance my car wouldn't even be repairable, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and never tried to pressure me into anything. Their honesty and customer service really stood out.
A huge thank you to Dean, the Assistant Manager, who went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands.
David, the mechanic, clearly knows what he's doing. The repair was done right, and when I picked up my car I was honestly relieved and excited to see it running so well again. You can tell the team here takes pride in their work.
It's hard to find an auto shop that's honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about its customers, but this Mavis exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you, Dean, David, and the entire team. I'll definitely be coming back for any future service and will gladly recommend this location to friends and family.
