- SSsquidhatMay 13, 20261.0I’m gonna try to tell this whole story in as few words as possible. My car was wobbling, I took it here, they had my car for nearly five hours, told me i needed new tires. I got the front two tires replaced and the issue persists of course. Manager very condescendingly explains to me why I needed the new tires as if i’m a child, despite his reasoning making no physical sense given the issue. Took my car to two different REAL mechanics, find out the belt on the inside of ONE tire was splitting, you could see it and both of them diagnosed this within ten minutes. It is literally dangerous to take your car to this place. They’re missing extremely obvious and very dangerous issues because it’s more profitable for them to just sell you new tires. I was out $300 that day to these guys because I was stupid, my tire could’ve blown out on the highway, but they handed it back to me and said it was safe to drive when it apparently very obviously was not. Always trust only your local mechanics!!!

Not an honest bone in the place. I went here four years ago and had a great experience, which is why I went out of my way to come back. Not again. The service rep, Lourdes, treated me with pure ignorance. Save yourself the hassle and unnecessary upselling and go to a local shop or the Mavis on 1&9. This place is a joke.
- MPMarianne PeraltaApr 27, 20261.0Im very disappointed and irritated I got 1 tire changed on my toyota Monday, I went to work on friday came back home and my toyota emblem on the tire was gone along with the one lug nut missing I have pictures of proof. this has never happend when I had my father or pepboys do it. I just needed it done quick so I went to mavis , very big mistake since last time I had my sensor changed they never did it and charge me so much money for sensors!!!. 2 months later sensors came back and that one was done at rt 9 This is very bad workmanship and I would not recommend anyone coming here nor any mavis discount.
