    We purchased our car from Fred Beans Of Flemington. We had great experience dealing with them. Everyone at dealership is very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Recently my husband took the car for service and he was treated with respect and everyone was very friendly and polite and he received very good treatment. Thank you Fred Beans. We don’t leave in Flemington area, but travel quite a bit to go to them because the service we received in our area from Hyundai dealership was not satisfactory.

    I purchased a Toyota Tundra from this dealership today, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The truck was advertised as including a 12-month/12,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and a 7-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty. After completing all of the paperwork and finalizing the purchase, I asked for the warranty documentation. To my surprise, the staff told me it did have warranty but didn’t know how to prove it and after asking couldn't provide any paperwork proving that these warranties existed. If a warranty is being advertised and used as part of the sale, customers should receive documentation confirming exactly what is covered. I was already approved for financing through Bank of America before arriving at the dealership. I had also made it clear over the phone that I did not want my credit run. Despite that, I received a notification showing that the dealership attempted to run my credit. When I brought this to their attention, they denied it was them, even though I have screenshots and documentation showing otherwise. After a previous bad experience at another dealership, I was hoping this purchase would be different. Instead, I left feeling misled and frustrated. Honesty and transparency are essential when making such a significant purchase, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

    Had an appointment last week because my car was not getting very good gas mileage I thought the spark plugs needed to be replaced. They did the 14 point safety check and 4 things came up to be done .So l had them do 2 of the 4 .When I got in the car to leave the engine light was on ( was Not on when I brought the car in) so I went back in .They took it in the back and said " they forgot to connect some wire .Saturday after getting gas the car would not start my husband looked under the hood and the battery terminals were very dirty. On my bill invoice it said they were clean. I called and spoke with Sal the service manager that said " sometimes things get forgotten he was sorry " I'm sorry too this was very bad customer service. This was 2 things done wrong on one visit doesn't give me much confidence in their service department.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted professionally, courteously, and with genuine kindness. The staff made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The customer waiting area was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was stocked with complimentary coffee ☕️, snacks, fresh popcorn 🍿, and water, which made the wait much more enjoyable. What particularly impressed me was how modern and customer-focused the facility is. The waiting area is truly 21st-century appropriate, featuring a dedicated business workspace with convenient charging stations and hookups for laptops, phones, and other electronic devices. This allowed me to remain productive and connected while my vehicle was being serviced. I also appreciated the transparency of the service process. My vehicle was professionally serviced by a licensed Hyundai technician, and I was able to observe the work being performed through a large glass viewing area that connects the service department to the customer waiting area. This gave me confidence that my vehicle was receiving the attention and care it deserved. Overall, the combination of outstanding customer service, a comfortable and modern waiting environment, and professional vehicle maintenance made this an excellent experience.     This is my fifth time purchasing a Hyundai. This was my first time at Fred beans. I wish I knew Fred beans, five times earlier as the process was seamless and stress-free. Ali was my representative and had an answer for every question I asked, and at the same time, left me enough room to sort out my options and thoroughly inspect vehicle on my own with no pressure. The financing and price negotiations were done in a very fair manner, which made it easy to make a deal on the purchase I decided on. If you’re in the market for a Hyundai, I certainly recommend you give them a chance, As I highly recommend them.
