  I had such a great experience purchasing my BMW from Flemington BMW, especially working with Anatoly Yanovskiy. I actually drove an hour specifically because of the reviews I’d read about him, and he absolutely lives up to them! Mind you, I had just purchased a brand-new car less than three months ago, so I definitely didn’t need another car. 😂 I really just wanted to compare an X4, X5, and X6 and see if making the switch even made sense. Once I told Anatoly what I wanted to see, he had about four keys in his hand ready to show me everything I asked about. I went back and forth between cars, asked plenty of questions, and never once felt rushed or pressured. I had told him that car buying makes me stressed and anxious, and his calm, kind, reserved personality was perfect for me. He gave me space to think while always being available when I needed him. Somehow, my day of “just looking” turned into buying an X5 I absolutely love, and it was genuinely the easiest dealership experience I’ve had. When I returned the next day, my car was cleaned and ready, and Anatoly even surprised my mom with a BMW item from the store. He also checked in afterward to make sure everything was going well. I also have to shout out Noha Amin in finance. She was personable, patient, and made everything easy to understand. She answered all my questions and offered recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. I drove an hour because of Anatoly’s reviews, and now I completely understand why they’re so good. If you’re considering Flemington BMW, ask for Anatoly he is absolutely worth the drive. Thank you, Anatoly and Noha, for making the entire experience so easy and positive!

  We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our new BMW. Kursad helped us place the order back in mid-July and also assisted us throughout the delivery process when it was time to take the car home. One thing we especially appreciated was that Kursad went out of his way to help us when we needed to get a cashier’s check for the down payment. Since we did not have a spare car available, he personally took us to a nearby Wells Fargo so we could get the check and complete everything on time. That was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. Noah was also excellent and helped speed up all of our paperwork because we were very particular about taking delivery of the car on time. We really appreciated how quickly he worked with us to get everything completed. Overall, it was a very good and pleasant experience. One piece of constructive feedback would be regarding communication during extremely busy periods. We completely understand that the sales team can get very busy, but providing customers with timely updates would be helpful. It would also be great if another team member could get some of the paperwork or delivery process started while the assigned salesperson is occupied, rather than having the customer wait for that specific salesperson to become available. One small thing I was a little disappointed about was the delivery presentation. This was my first BMW, so I was expecting the car to have a ribbon or some small special touch when we came to take delivery. Especially for a premium brand like BMW, something simple like a ribbon, a congratulatory moment, or a little extra attention during the handover would have made the experience feel more memorable and special. That being said, these are only suggestions for making an already good experience even better. Overall, we were very happy with the service, and we truly appreciate the help provided by Kursad, Noah, and the team.

  Family run business, Flemington BMW runs differently than conglomerates. The quality of communication, absence of trickery, respect & value they have for their customers is what I’ve consistently experienced there for years. Diane, service manager, carefully selects & trains in a way only she can, she built & maintains that exceptional team level. Happily drive 50 minutes for their excellence, although I live 2 miles from Springfield…. Met an M3 owner in for service who comes in from Staten Island, for years. That should tell you what you need to know. Trust is built over years, they’ve earned mine.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience at Flemington BMW! I had an outstanding experience at Flemington BMW on Saturday while purchasing my new BMW. I’ve owned and purchased four Mercedes over the years, so I have a pretty high bar when it comes to the car-buying experience—and Jack absolutely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, Jack was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience. His service was truly top-notch, and he made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I also want to recognize the entire dealership staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Catherine is an absolute boss—she knows how to help deliver and close a sale with excellence while still making you feel valued as a customer. From Jack to Catherine and everyone in between, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. I couldn’t be happier with my new BMW or with the service I received. I highly recommend Flemington BMW and especially Jack if you’re looking for a first-class car-buying experience!

  Flemington BMW went above and beyond to make me feel like I was their most important customer. My issue was diagnosed, resolved, and completed much faster than I expected. After paying online, I ran into a last-minute conflict when my wife had to work late, leaving me unable to pick up my vehicle before the dealership closed. I mentioned that I would stop by later in the day for the key, but asked if I could leave the car at the dealership overnight until I could arrange for someone to accompany me the next day. Without hesitation, the team offered to deliver the vehicle directly to my home. I told them I couldn't possibly ask them to do that since I live more than 30 minutes away, but they insisted they were happy to help. I was genuinely surprised and impressed by how much they valued my time and were willing to go out of the way to help me out of a difficult situation. True to their word, Marlon personally drove all the way to my home to deliver my vehicle. He couldn't have been more kind, professional, compassionate, and understanding. I'm sure this meant a later evening for him getting back home, and I can't adequately express my gratitude for his willingness to help. Thank you to Marlon and the entire Flemington BMW team for their outstanding customer service. Their commitment to their customers, proactive approach to solving problems, and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into an exceptional experience. This level of service is rare, and it is greatly appreciated.
