  Tom Terrill and Cathy Perry are professionals that perfectly cement the reputation and quality of this organization. I bought a 2023 540 xdrive on May 16. I live in Baltimore and when I arrived, both Tom and Cathy were there to welcome me. The car was ready and in pristine condition. Tom explained everything about the car and was very friendly and appreciative of me buying the car. Cathy was also very accommodating and we wrapped up the sale very easily and quickly. There were no gimmicks or last minute or undisclosed charges. Obviously, they know how to treat customers. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that the air conditioning did not work in the car, which is a big bummer for me and it should have been caught in the BMW certified inspection program. I hope they address this with whoever signed off on the inspection. Patrick Santana

  Absolutely destroyed my black paint on my 2026 x5 by taking it through the car wash after I avoided car washes for the 8 months I had the car. now I have to have the swirls professionally removed. The wash wasn’t even high quality and there was dirty water stains all over the back. They need to ask if you want a wash like Audi does across the street rather than assume. What a disappointment, you would expect them to know better.
