  HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY THAT LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER . I made a reservation over one month ago with a specific request: I needed a pickup truck with a standard eight foot bed. I did not book this online - I specifically called the Flemington branch twice to ensure the "Ford F150 or equivalent" would be a full-size pickup. The most recent call on was on Friday, August 7, 2026 for my rental that was going to start on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. I arrive and the rental counter person expected me to take a Honda Ridgeline with a 5-foot long bed, three feet shorter than a standard pickup truck bed. Making matters worse, when I called the corporate office to complain, the woman at that end didn't understand why a Honda Ridgeline would not work and then proceeded to "Escalate" the matter to the management team who will get back to me. That was at 4pm - it's now 8pm and I haven't heard anything and now my trip to see my 6-mon th pregnant daughter is ruined because this clown show company's employees don't understand what a real truck is and how to manage a customer's expectations. They just lost a $1,200 rental because of their team's incompetence.

  AVOID the place zero follow through on issues and horrible communication all the way up to the manager who was all talk the entire Enterprise chain horribly run
