  Had everything I needed, easy and efficient to find, store was clean, as was the parking lot, staff were polite as well.

  Terrible service, had only 1 counter person very obnoxious, didn't even acknowledge I was standing there with arms full of oil. He was arguing about an order with another customer. 2nd employee just standing around so after 10 minutes I walked out and went to NAPPA

  I went to the store with my battery light on,I asked Angel to test it,and came out with conclusion that was my alternator that was giving me problems,that was when Chris came in to help,he went above and beyond finding me a tow truck and a mechanic to get it fixed. These guys are amazing! Thank you guys again!!

  i went about an hour before close and really needed a car battery. after buying one and preparing to get it installed, a staff member told me to check back inside with him since it may still be under warranty. Then he waited as i tried a bunch of different phone numbers to see what it would be under and i found that it was under my grandfather’s phone- he recently passed. Because of the kindness and helpfulness of this staff member, i was able to get a new car battery for free with the blessing from my grandfather - i like to think it was a sign from him. Staff was extremely helpful, kind, and patient and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Never going to another auto zone again!
