  My 4 ture purchase went well and was prompt. I scheduled a morning time slot and the work was completed on time. My car was returned clean everything in working order

  I’ve been here multiple times, was able to call the shop and book an appointment, no problem. Today, I first called the number listed on google and it seemed it went to a call center and I was having a difficult time understanding what was being said. I found a different number on their website, and so I called, and a man picked up. I went ahead and booked my appointment. There were some instances where I couldn’t understand what he was saying so I asked him if he could repeat himself, and the tone and attitude kinda flipped. I am trying to get my tire patched, and I asked if I came around 5/5:30, would that be too late for them as they close at 7, and I wasn’t sure exactly what time my boyfriend would be home. “Well is it 5 or 5:30?” the man asks, after I just explained to him the situation. I tell him 5:30 just be safe, and so we proceed. At the end, I asked him if this phone number went directly to the shop, and that for some reason set him off. Told him the vibes were off and to cancel my appointment, and he seemed very eager to cancel. I’ve been using this shop for years and have recommended it to many locals. Never again.

  Great experience took my Alpha Romeo and daughters BMW ,both for oil changes and were done at a timely matter . Awesome hospitality will recommend to anyone thank you guys

  What was noted on the evaluation was not accurate. Noted air and cabin. Ended to be changed which were actually done just prior to the visit (so shows they aren’t actually looking). Also noted that I declined tires and brakes and was never called during this visit for these items. Very disappointing
