  Thank you Thank you Mike & Nate at Team Welsh Jeep!!! I was having an issue with maintaining psi in one of my tires! I stopped by at 7:30am (after exercise) to just simply make an appointment. When I told Mike what was happening, without hesitation, he says can you hang out a bit. I had a nail in my tire. It was fixable. No appointment!!! You are the best!!!

  My jeep needed service. Was the easiest and best experience. They offer a service while you wait. Easy to make an appointment. Took my car right in and in less than an hour done and ready to go !!

  Today (May 29) was the second time I brought my Pacifica mini van in to get an oil change and check if I needed new brakes. Eva was kind to schedule me for first thing as I had a conflict arise. Mike and the team took my car in ASAP and I was out before finishing my cup of coffee in their customer lounge!!! Not only did they do a GREAT job but are super honest. Gave me a detailed report via text and said I did not need brakes at this time. Very impressed. Used them first time late January when our sliding door was ripped out of its track. Nathan took the car and his team made it look like new. They not only fixed the door but found a few items that needed service. When job was done, car rides as smooth as silk. Team Welsh should be your first choice, especially if you were a former Fullerton customer!! Team Wesh are GREAT!

  The service team at Welsh is extremely helpful and accomodating with all your needs. I switched to them from another dealer and only use them going forward.

  Today I had the most EXCEPTIONAL service experience I’ve had in all my years of driving. My Jeep was having an issue and I was stressing about where to take it for service. After moving here from PA and dealing with a couple of disappointing experiences at another dealership, I finally found Team Welsh, and I couldn’t be happier! They are truly phenomenal. From my first phone call with Eva (absolutely lovely) to schedule the appointment (she is the definition of outstanding customer service), to the personal attention and detailed explanation Mike (so pleasant and polite) provided regarding my Jeep, every part of the experience was exceptional. Their honesty, professionalism, and integrity are unmatched. I can absolutely see why your ratings are so high.
