  If you are looking for an overall car buying experience that is the opposite of every stereotypical large dealership, than Team Welsh is highly recommended. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, passive in their overall approach, almost folksy in a way. I felt as if I was walking in and conducting business on a handshake. I really can't say enough. I can't imagine I would ever go anywhere else. Thanks particularly to Brian and Scott.

  Based on my experience, I would caution women—especially young women—about bringing their vehicle here for service. I gave this dealership the opportunity to address this privately before posting publicly, but after speaking with the owner and sending over dash cam footage last week, I never received any follow-up response. I brought my Jeep in for a traction control issue that was causing intermittent loss of acceleration. The dealership kept my vehicle for two days and claimed it had been driven extensively in an attempt to recreate the issue. However, my dash cam footage showed significantly less drive time and mileage than what was communicated to me. What was most disturbing was the behavior captured on the footage. The employee driving my vehicle made repeated highly inappropriate comments about young high school-aged girls and women, insulting comments about my car by calling it a “piece of shit,” and statements implying my vehicle was extremely unsafe to be driving. It was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to after trusting them with my vehicle. They also expected me to return the following week to take one of these men for a ride to try to get the vehicle to act up. After reviewing the footage, there was absolutely no way I felt comfortable returning to this dealership. I understand not every issue can immediately be diagnosed, but professionalism, honesty, and respect for customers should still be expected. Unfortunately, that was far from my experience here. Truly disgusting!!

  Been dealing with the team @ Welsh service for over 5 years & they've been amazing! Nate is my go-to guy. Overall, the entire team there is great! Friendly, attentive & always do amazing work on my Jeep 392.
