The staff showed absolute indifference—and to make matters worse, the employee who was supposed to be helping me just completely disappeared. After wasting 30 minutes waiting around for a solution that never came, they still couldn't produce a vehicle. A miserable, incompetent experience. Save yourself the headache and use any other company.
