  Wow I’ve been sitting in silence for the last hour trying to wrap my head around my experience today at AutoZone in Fairview .I arrived a bit frantic because my car was working just fine the day before and today it wouldn’t even start!A little backstory:I had an Intoxalock device installed on my car 2 weeks before.I came in the store not knowing if I needed a Jump,a battery charger,a new battery or a whole new car lol.Walking into Auto zone can be a little intimidating for a woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars.To my surprise the first person I saw was a woman.Sabrina the manager of the store and Ravin helped acclimate my nerves initially by making friendly conversation.Sabrina reassured me not to get overwhelmed and that she was going to do whatever she could to help me.She doesn’t know how much that statement alone meant to me. I informed her about the Intoxalock device on my car and she didn’t even bat an eye.No judgment no questions no nothing.She took a second and came back with a portable battery jump and instead of trying to up sale, she gave me one that met my exact needs at a reasonable price.In addition to that she advised Ravin to help me with installation.Without hesitation he came out to test my battery,Jumped started my car anddd patiently showed me how to properly use the portable jumper Sabrina helped me pick out.He told me i would need a new battery soon but I could jump the car until I was ready in a week or so.He also told me to come on back when I was ready to purchase and he would install the battery for me.He was SO Nice.Wow, Ive NEVER been treated with so much kindness and empathy from total strangers.There are still people that will bend over backwards to make you know that you’re cared for.Im so humbled and grateful I came into this location! Thank you autozone for employing good people!

  My car cannot start normally, and I thought it should be a battery issue, so I went to this store. They helped me check my battery but told me it's totally good. I then had to find an auto shop to figure out the problem, but it turned out that my battery actually died. I hope they can make a careful check so they won't lose their business, and I won't waste my time.

  I don’t often leave reviews, but I just had to take a moment to recognize a young man named Alex at AutoZone. He’s a small guy, but let me tell you, he’s got a big heart. I was searching for a part for my old sedan, and there he was, right on the aisle, ready to help. Not only did he find the exact piece I needed in no time, but we had the most delightful chat about his future, and let me tell you it’s bright🌞He reminded me so much of my own grandkids, and I left with a smile. AutoZone, you have truly found something special in Alex thank you for hiring such a wonderful young boy. You’ve got a customer for life! - Donny

  I do not recommend this place. I called ahead to ask if they had car window flags, and the person on the phone assured me they did. After driving through traffic to get there, I arrived only to find out they did not have them at all. It is very frustrating when businesses give incorrect information over the phone. People take time out of their day and drive expecting what they were told to be true. Please respect customers’ time and be honest when answering questions. Time and respect matter.
