Jeremiah cleaned the battery terminals for me, and I was back on the road without having to buy a new battery. I really appreciated the quick service and honesty—not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Highly recommend!

The more experienced employee(not sure if he was the manager) just watched without helping. Then he went to the back area and let employee struggle all alone. After 25 minutes of waiting it was finally my turn and was told I needed to have the other employee help with my battery purchase. I saw him having a casual conversation with another employee in the back area ignoring that I was there even after he was called. I finally left. I will never return to this location again. They simply don’t care.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
