The exceptional service continued through the end of the rental. When I ran into some confusion upon returning the vehicle, I sent an email directly to Alex expecting a delayed response. Instead, Alex followed up with a prompt phone call and resolved the issue immediately. Trenton-Mercer is a convenient regional airport, but having an attentive, reliable team on site makes renting here even better. If you need a hassle-free vehicle rental at TTN, Alex and this National location deliver top-notch customer support from pickup to return.

I encountered no issues or runarounds that I routinely encounter when I rent from other companies. I was not pressured to buy any useless unnecessary insurance, toll passes or gas by the rental desk. This was a very pleasant experience overall, could not have been happier.

He promised me a free tank of gas and when I returned the car, I was not given that and charged the expensive rate. I was charged for the mileage. Terrible first experience.
