I was having a pretty rough day when I had to get one of my tires serviced as it had been letting out air. This was making me quite anxious, but Mike at Mavis was not only helpful, but also super kind. He made sure I felt prioritized and cared for and took care of my tire in under 15 min. Thank you Mike! I am incredibly disappointed by this business and I would never recommend Mavis tire to anyone. My only experience patronizing Mavis was 8/17/25. I moved to the area a couple weeks prior and drove over a glass bottle coming home from my night shift. I came for 1 new tire in a pinch. I have now learned that they sold me one of the worst possible tires for an extraordinary amount of money. i am very embarrassed that three different mechanics including Tires Plus and Meineke informed me someone sold
Me a horrible tire they wouldnt give their enemy. In fact, one said theyd sell a used tire before giving such a terrible product. Today, this same tire is over $40 less on their website. I never even thought to check. I was in an emergency, walked in, and you charged me $123 for one veerubber tire. This is the only time in my life I purchased any tires without getting them from tirerack and doing my own research. I was extremely stressed and needed help. You completely took advantage of me. I wish I could go back in time and NOT have trusted these mechanics, and NOT gone to this business since there are SO MANY OF THEM in the area. That $163 went in the TRASH in less than 1 year.

I took my car in with a flat tire and a score leak. I fully anticipated, with the no plug in sidewall rule, having to replace both tires. So much so that I asked for the price of two new tires. When I picked up the car, I was told that ask I needed was plugs in both tires, saving me almost $300. I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity they showed by not trying to sell me something I didn't need. I'd recommend this Mavis franchise any day.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Mavis Tires. I bought new tires in November 2025, so when I recently discovered a nail in one of my tires, I went to Mavis hoping to simply have it plugged. The nail did not appear to be in the sidewall or shoulder, yet the employee told me the tire could not be plugged and that I needed to purchase an entirely new tire. He was also eating while speaking to me and talking so low that it was difficult to understand him. Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion. Another tire shop inspected the tire and was able to plug it saving me over $200.
