Driving School
Motorcycle Rider Training, Inc. (MRT) is a not-for-profit educational institution nationally certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and a certified NJ Motor Vehicle Commission motorcycle program provider. In addition, we are NJ MVC certified examiners.
Our coaching staff comes from a variety of backgrounds with decades of experience as MSF coaches. Our current staff of thirty includes female coaches, and we do have Spanish speaking coaches. You must check our "Espanol" page for classes with Spanish coaches.
Unlike other schools located in parking lots, we have a full-time permanent facility within Raceway Park, New Jersey's premier motorsports park covering over 400 acres. We also have full-time permanent classrooms that are heated, air-conditioned and have private restrooms and mini kitchens in each. Our outdoor riding ranges have covered break areas and two indoor restrooms for each range.
Each class is strictly limited to a maximum of twelve students. However, because of our size and location, we can serve 144 new students each week.

- MMMichael Mackintosh6 days ago5.0Took the BRC. I had Matt, Brian and Joanne I believe. They were not just friendly but also very knowledgeable. They each had a slightly different approach to tackle mistakes which was nice. If you have never once touched a motorcycle, you will leave on the 2nd day knowing how to ride and ride safely. Don’t be nervous if you’re on the fence, take this course.

These people are awesome. I’ve been riding for many year on dirt and some road and the thing I learned that I thought I had already known and put the into use really make a difference for new riders and even experienced riders look into this corse. I can really make a difference
- JPJulio PerezMay 8, 20265.0Best instructional class I’ve taken yet. Very nice and professional coaches! Trever and Tony are very experienced and it shows! They are very aware that this is a BASIC riders course so they take the time to help each student out with understanding how to properly ride a motorcycle ! I’d recommend anyone trying to freshen up their skills or has never rode a bike before to come here! The whole staff all the way down to the office is fantastic! They do work with bilingual students as well!

I passed and received the paperwork to get my license immediately! Now im riding my Indian confidently and just transitioned to highway roads. Id recommend them to any new rider! Spend the $399 its worth it!!! Also they provided gear unlike other programs, helmets,gloves, and even seen them provide a long sleeve shirt to someone! Come prepared but just in case you dont. They will do what they can. Great program!!

Next month will be one year that I’ve been riding, and with this weekend‘s class, I thought I knew, but they taught Me so much…!!
