Won’t be back here. Phone customer service was the only selling point, they were able to locate me easily as I’ve been a loyal customer, coming from another state. However the in person customer service was TERRIBLE. The person at the front desk on Monday morning had a bad attitude from the beginning, was trying to upsell me tires $100 more expensive than the ones I had already quotes & ordered. Didn’t bother to ask or listen to what I had to say. I asked about tire valves, something I had discussed with my local mechanic, I’m no expert, was asking a question and was completely dismissed. Left my car at 10am, didn’t get a call back at all the entire day, I had to call at 7:30am next morning to find out what happened to my car. The said the call wasn’t connecting? Sure. I got the store, nobody made a note about the alignment (sure enough it needed one) after a full tire change and then they wanted me to wait another 30 minutes to do the alignment. On top of that, my car mat was left extremely dirty. What happened to putting the protective paper? I had done an oil change here before and I loved the customer treatment. Very disappointed on the whole experience.

Yesterday I visited several places to buy tires for my vehicle, and although I received friendly service at all of them, my experience here was the best.
From the start, they demonstrated honest and professional service, focusing on providing me with the right solution without unnecessary pressure. In terms of price, it was excellent, as I received a very competitive offer that was truly worth it compared to other places I visited.
What impressed me the most was the service time: I was told it would take about 40 minutes, and they completed the work in just 27 minutes, exceeding my expectations.
Without a doubt, an efficient, transparent experience with excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

David will make your experience simple with an honest assessment of what's required. I bring my 4 daughters and my car here and would go no place else. Can't say enough about how good their service is.

I’ve been a loyal customer of the Englewood Goodyear for about 10 years, but unfortunately my recent experience has broken my trust. I brought my car in on March 8, 2026 for a routine semi‑annual wheel alignment. The day before the appointment, my driveway camera showed no oil leaks. The day after the service, on March 9, my car suddenly began leaking oil.
I’m not saying this was done intentionally, but it’s extremely concerning that I brought my car in for a simple alignment and left with an oil leak that wasn’t there before. After a decade of bringing my vehicles here, this experience has made me lose confidence in this shop. I’m sharing this review so other customers are aware and can double‑check their vehicles after service.
Today on Tuesday March 17th I came in for a service of fixing a nail in my tire. I was hoping to get it patched up but Paul who may be the supervisor indicated that the nail could not be patched up because of the location and I need a brand new tire.
No problem, I did not want a new tire at the moment. The person working on my tire decided to overinflate my tire to 56 PSI when my tires are normally 36. Which obviously is literally double the amount of pressure of my tires. I was very frustrated and agitated that the tire "professional" would carelessly put me in a dangerous position on the roads if I hadn't checked my tire pressure.
Please educate your employees on the correct tire pressure for the vehicles you service and it's very easy to find this information on the side panels of the car when you open the doors. You can also double check the tire pressure after you inflate the tire to correct an accidental over inflation or under inflation. Your mistakes could cost someone their life on the highway or cause a very serious accident on the road. Paul remained professional with me but I was obviously agitated that his employee in the shop could care less about his stupid mistake.
Came to Honda in Tenafly right after and they said they can patch it up for me and the nail location is not in a position where it is not able to be repaired.
