  I rented a car at the location in Nj on Dean st, Christian was very professional and courteous. Having just lost my mom I was able to smile at that moment. Thanks, I will definitely choose enterprise and hopefully it will be this location. Thank you.

  want to take a moment to sincerely thank the customer care team at the rental car service—especially the representative who assisted me during a very stressful time. His name is Patrick. The level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care I received made a significant difference, and I truly felt supported when I needed it most. It’s not often that you come across service that feels this personal and attentive, and for that, I am very grateful. That said, I do feel it’s important to share that the pricing and overall process can be quite high and, at times, a bit challenging. While the service itself is outstanding, reviewing the cost structure and making the process more accessible would make the experience even better for customers. Thank you again for your exceptional support—I truly appreciate it and hope to see continued improvements moving forward.

  what a Nasty Manager this man should not be working if is working can’t be Manager he have zero Respect for customers this man have to be put at his Position not anymore no way i will not come and never recmond to anyone

  Very negative experience with Enterprise I rented a car for one week and specifically asked what would happen if I returned it earlier. I was told everything would be recalculated based on the actual rental period. I returned the car after 5 days, but I did not receive any refund at all. Later I found out there was apparently some “5 days plus 2 free days” policy, but nobody explained that to me when I picked up the car After that, I tried to resolve the issue and spoke with Lee, who works there. He promised me a partial refund of $90. It has now been almost a month, and I have received nothing. No refund, no follow-up Calling them is also a nightmare, you can only get through after many attempts. When I finally reached someone, I was told they would look into it and call me back the same day or, at the latest, the next day. Nobody ever called back Terrible customer service both at the local office and from the company overall. Very disappointing experience

  I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. When I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle, I was told the car I booked was not available, and I had to pay extra just to get a different one. The replacement car I received was in unacceptable condition. The back seat was dirty and had food (including a banana), which made the car feel very unhygienic and poorly maintained. When I returned the vehicle, I raised the issue, and the staff told me they would follow up with a call to resolve it. However, I never received any response. I’ve had good experiences with Enterprise in the past, but this specific location provided very poor customer service and did not honor their commitment to follow up. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed.
