  The staff at the Englewood enterprise was superb. Great customer service and I was taken back with the fact that they gave me a ride back home since I live in the same town the day I returned the vehicle. Keep up the great work guys!

  The only standard car rental experience that I have had in my life to date post-no fault car accident and it was the absolute worst and overall traumatizing experience I have ever experienced as a car rental driver. The office staff and specifically, but not limited to; were a group of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever come across in such a space in my life to date. Negative energy, low vibrations, aggressive/threatening business tactics and rude attitudes and behavior is an understatement. I was harassed throughout the last two months of the rental period due to insurance companies being at odds and me being stuck in the middle to deal with this locations office staff. A complete and total nightmare for anyone, in general, but especially someone who was/is in the medical condition that I’ve been in since August, 2025. Non-stop phone calls throughout each day, unnerving voicemails, corporate threatening emails, etc. This locations business practices and how their corporate offices handle legal matters is an atrocity and the company and this specific location should be ashamed of themselves. Needless to say, the situation got so horrifyingly bad that they wound up ordering a repossession of the vehicle; ON MY ACTUAL BIRTHDAY, showing up with the local police department (half a dozen squad cars) and a tow truck to “Repossess” the rental. Mind you, this rental was going through insurance and wasn’t even in my name, nor being paid for by me. And that’s exactly why things went down as badly as they did because the guilty party’s insurance company stopped payment and refused to comply and I unfortunately had a guppy of a law firm at the time (despite being lead to believe otherwise, but had a feeling all along). Well, they were fired the evening this horror show took place in real time and my current legal team would NEVER, have allowed such an act of pure premeditated terror to take place. I literally laughed out loud in the faces of the tow truck driver, town police, and then my then attorney’s office when I fired them and immediately retained new counsel. Rest assured, this aspect of the case is going to be dealt with as well. Which is why it’s imperative that I inform the public to AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS (in general), BUT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LEGALLY REPRESENTED AND GOING THROUGH INSURANCE. This specific location has no professional customer service training and the company itself handles itself with a bullying mentality and approach. Everyone in the equation deserves to be publicly held accountable and responsible for such a horrendous experience. Again, in general, but especially for a pre/post-op medical patient whose still to date in active care post car accident and 2 out of 3 surgeries later. Trust me when I tell anyone reading this review; spare yourselves the time, money, and overall health and rent elsewhere because this company/location isn’t worth it!
