  COMPLETELY lowballed me, offered me triple digits for my car when it’s worth around $3500-5500. i’m only giving 1 star because the worker was respectful and didn’t mean any harm but whoever his higher ups are tried to shaft me. EDIT: after speaking with the general manager/area manager he was very polite and made it clear to me why it was lowered so much now even though i still disagree with how low the offer was i see this company is ran by people who care. he even tried to make it right and match the price of the other places i went to and got higher prices and i appreciated that but at the moment i’m going the private selling route.

  Gave price of 8K {they had vin} I didn't know the car was in a wreck so they gave 4.5K after arriving. They had the vin# before visiting and didn't look up accident history until visit. They could have given a more accurate estimate. Also I have an RV to sell-the agent never got back to me as to whether they buy RV's. Given a 12-5pm arrival time, agent got there 4:45pm

  The whole experience was excellent. Legend was persistent despite some paperwork delays that were not his fault. He was outstanding throughout the complete process. I am completely satisfied.

  Let me first start by saying that your representative Legend, was and is exactly what his name stands for. Not only because of the fact that he will never be forgotten,.... the experience that I had with him, through the process of the sale of my vehicle which he made smooth & effortless, and it will always be remembered as just that. like I said, he was nothing short of a Legend,... He was very personable, humble as well as informative. I was informed, that my vehicle had several underlying issues that I was totally unaware of. Though, they were very substantial, as well as alarming issues,..... once I was made aware, he broke each one down to me very delicatelly, so as to not allow these issues to stress me out, after I had made it known that I am a stroke survivor. So, in closing, I have to express that Legend has a very special and unique gift, when it comes to interacting with people. He made what could have been a less then desirable experience ,turn out to be one of the best experiences I have ever had when it came to selling my vehicle. Thanks to him, I will be recommending, We Buy Any Car.com to anyone and everyone that I know is selling their vehicle. Please commend, thank, and reward Legend for his stellar business ethics. I feel he should at the least, be promoted to a management position and We Buy Any Car.com future reps should bemold all your present and future We Buy Any Car.com representives that venture out into the field to interact with potential customers around him. ......Thank you we buy any cars, and especially a very big and sincere, thank you, to Legend for everything.
