- DRDanny Robbins2 days ago1.0I had a 4:30pm appointment for an oil change on Monday 5/18. I was going to wait there figuring that it would only be no more than 45min to an hour. I had to move things around to be able to keep that appointment. I drove from Mays Landing in heavy traffic. I get there at 4:25 and they tell me they can't take me because they're backed up. They said that I can leave it overnight. What! Are you kidding me? What kind of way is that to run a business! The very least they could do is call me and let me know not to even come in.The only reason I even went there is because of the deal I got for the service. Never again! Next time I'll pay the extra 20 or 30 dollars somewhere else!

Not surprised after I was charged 3 dollars for a new drain plug, which they mentioned at the very end of my visit was necessary because the old plug was "too tight and broken". You'd think if that was honestly the case that would have been mentioned from the beginning when they actually drain the oil. Anyway, they cracked the oil pan, tried to patch it up with some sealant, never told me, then charged me for a new oil plug lol. Damaged my car, lied about it, charged me for it. Avoid.
