  Once again impressed by this location. The staff are just great....they seem eager to help me as a customer....have earned my loyalty as I come through town twice a year.

  We arrived in Atlantic City on April 30th with a return planned for May 3rd, but unfortunately, we were among the passengers whose flight with Spirit Airlines got canceled. I want to highlight the outstanding service we received at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The representative who assisted us was truly excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, he had our car ready, showed a great attitude, and was very customer-service oriented. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition—very clean—and he provided clear instructions and transparent pricing. Everything went smoothly. When we lost our flight, we became very concerned because the website showed no availability to rent a car for our return trip to Tampa. However, when we went back in person and explained the situation to the same representative, he immediately stepped in to help. He didn’t waste any time—he quickly offered us options and explained that although nothing was showing online, he was able to find a solution for us. He did not add any unnecessary charges—he simply adjusted the difference within our existing reservation and made the entire process incredibly easy so we could drive back to Tampa without stress. On top of that, he added notes in the system to ensure that we wouldn’t be charged unnecessary fees upon arrival in Tampa. Thanks to him, we avoided what initially looked like over $1,000 in charges, and everything was handled correctly. I truly want to thank him for his help and exceptional service. The cars were in excellent condition and ready to go. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. Highly recommended, and thank you again!

  What an amazing experience! I needed a car for a cross-country, two week / 5,000+ mile, bucket-list road trip with my best friend from high school. Requested a Toyota Camry but, sadly, none were available. Instead, Shawn Coane (Atlantic City Airport location) took a look at his inventory and offered us a brand new BMW 228 Gran Coupe ... with 1,500 miles on the odometer. Yes, Shawn! That would DEFINITELY be acceptable! We absolutely LOVED that car for the ENTIRE trip, and I mean LOVED it ... both driving it and caring for it. We must have washed it five or six times! On the road, the car was flawless (though I have to say the HVAC controls and "Driver Profile" system were maddening at points - no reflection on Enterprise!) We got to the end of our trip and met associates at SEA-TAC who seemed to be having their best days ever, they were in such good sprits, honestly just loving their jobs. It was so great to see! It was also the perfect ending to a perfect rental experience with a (nearly) perfect car. Thank you so much for helping make our trip so memorable and enjoyable!

  They upgraded us to a 2026 SUV. Very courteous and professional. The other Rent-A-Car companies cannot compare to enterprise! Quality and professional staff

  The initial vehicle that I rented received a cracked windshield due to the Florida heat 3 days into my rental period, I contacted the customer service line to make a report as well as my own credit card company to file a claim to cover the damage. I was sent to a specific Enterprise location to swap out my damaged car, when I got there within 15 minutes the person at the desk told me they have no cars and they can't help me. They gave me a list of different Enterprise locations to call and basically told me to figure it out for myself. I called and visited every Enterprise in the immediate area every day for the following 3 days and no one would swap out the vehicle for me. I had to continue the rest of my rental time With a damaged windshield, the crack kept getting larger, and had no choice but to drive home 1200 miles with the vehicle in that condition. This was very unsafe to me and my family, and I was very scared and no one cared or gave me any type of priority to get into a safe vehicle. The manager from my original rental location at Atlantic City airport did call me immediately and attempt to resolve the situation but I was out of state and unable to visit his location to swap. He is the only one that showed any type of concern! I thank him for that, he's literally the only reason I'm giving any stars at all. All the employees at the ACY location are wonderful and we're very helpful.
