Everytime I make a appt it always take hours longer just to get my truck in the shop. Last time I was there for a alignment I had a appt at 3pm and they didn’t take my truck back till 4pm and wasn’t done till almost 7pm absolutely ridiculous!

I had a blow out two days ago and went to Mavis to get a new tire. I had to obviously get the tire that was blown replaced- I was recommended to get the driver side tire replaced. My appt was at 11am, granted they were busy but around 3:30pm I went to the cashier to ask about my car. The gentlemen said that my car been done. They gave me two new tires. I personally never asked to change the driver side tire— the store manager took responsibility and had me pay a discounted price for the tire that wasn’t suppose to be changed. I left the store around 430pm…This morning my sensor came on said low tire. The brand new tire behind the driver side is flat and there’s old tire wrapped around the axel. I called the store and I was told that I need to tow it there. Corporate said i could have the tow fee reimbursed but not guaranteed. I was told from the associate that he told the technician to cut off all the old tire… now the car is not safe to drive because I left Mavis with old tire tread wrapped around my axel! I was told I have to wait until the regional manager and store manager are back in the store on Monday…. I’m very upset that I paid $250 for brand new tires and ultimately have to go back and get my car TOWED due to a technician negligence to detail and leaving old tire on my vehicle!!!!

Just dont... Save yourself the time and energy. She said it would be 2 hours, well it was more like 3 and a half. They used the wrong oil filter and it blew and oil went everywhere! Asked her what happened when we saw them mopping up oil and she said I do know it was the right filter even though it obviously was not. What actually happened is she did not put in the VIN number and they used the wrong filter for the size truck that we have. They gave us a $20 discount and that was it. I asked for a carwash voucher or something to get the oil off and she said there was nothing she could do. The oil change guy was really nice and helped us try to clean the windshield but ultimately we left with a greasy windshield.

Tried to go in for a 1pm appt for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me they were running late when I called to make sure my 1pm appt was there. They told me to show up at 2. I showed up at 2 and like they said to me on the phone, it would be 1 to 2 hours. I came back at 4pm... 2hrs later, and not only was my car not in the garage, it hadn't moved and they were telling me they wouldn't get to it today and would I like to come back another day. Not a chance. This place is chaos. I wouldn't trust this place for anything. They are so poorly run.
