- KSKisha Slaughter5 days ago2.0I have been visiting this place for years to get an oil change but this experience I am not happy about. I took the car to check because the air was not working and they put Freon and coolant to fix. Problem is after paying $200 my air still was not working and they decided at that point that the blower may need to be fixed. Am I wrong but should they have checked that the air was blowing before they did all of the other work? Now I'm down $200 and I still don't have air in my car.

The moment I went in one of the employees yelled out "Showtime on bay one" which I realized meant everybody look out there's a dash cam. Anytime someone has to have a code for dash cams that's already a red flag. Then the service itself just seemed average and a bit shady. I'm pretty sure they didn't even put the proper amount of oil back into my car. In addition, I felt pushed and rushed to get the service and give payment. I would definitely never go back here. Be careful because there is an element of shadiness at this place

Kelly and George were very friendly and welcoming, they were also very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. It was a great experience and very convenient waiting in the vehicle.
