  I was very satisfied with my experience. I rented a truck with a lift gate for moving my house and Penske was awesome every step of the way. The truck was brand new, very clean, and ran flawlessly. Madison in Toms River and Joe in Edison were especially helpful. Customer service is top notch. Would definitely go here first for my next rental truck needs.

  I rented a truck and really needed to get it done as fast as possible, since another warehouse needed me there at a certain time. After explaining everything to the rental office, they made me wait 35 minutes for the truck to be ready. When I came back to drop it off, they had me move the truck to a specific location where I had to wait for someone to check it for another 30 minutes. Time is money, Penske!

  I had a problem in the middle of my work day, I could not drive safely until getting this problem fixed. Right next door to my delivery location was this Penske so headed over there gave them my information and they had me fixed up and safely back out on the road towards my next delivery surprisingly fast. Excellent service, here.
