  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Open Road Honda. I brought my 2020 Honda HR-V here for a coolant service( as recommended by them during my oil change service). Shortly afterward, my vehicle experienced a significant coolant-loss and overheating incident while driving. Smoke was coming out of my engine, error and warning signs up my dashboard. Had to have my car towed, when the vehicle was inspected at another Honda dealership, I was told that the coolant tap had not been properly tightened, resulting in coolant loss and the overheating/pressure issue. At the same time, my car developed a permanent failure with the Multipurpose Camera Radar system ( this was the error signs that simultaneously came on during incident). Honda claim that they could not find enough evidence for causation. Unbelievable! What is extremely frustrating is that this entire situation began after my vehicle received coolant service at an authorized Honda dealership, followed by coolant loss and overheating that this dealership attributed to an improperly tightened coolant tap. The timing and circumstances warranted much greater accountability and investigation than i received. Now i am potentially left paying for a $2K repair for the camera that occurred after service at Open Road Honda. For me, the most disappointing part has been the handling of the situation. I expected better accountability and customer support from an authorized Honda dealership.

  We drove passed Open Road Honda and decided to go in and take a look around We were introduced to Jarrell and he showed us around we told him what we were looking for we test drove a CRV and decided to make the purchase He walked us through every step and made it a positive experience We just picked up the SUV today and Einar showed us all the features that the car has and how it all worked . We were very happy with him showing us everything as oppose to us just driving away and not knowing about the features It was a very positive experience today and we would certainly recommend Open Road Honda 🙂

  I had a great experience purchasing my used vehicle from OpenRoad Honda in Edison. The entire process was friendly, professional, and straightforward from beginning to end. I especially want to recognize Ketan Patel in the used car department. Ketan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and really went above and beyond to make the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. I really appreciated his straightforward and friendly approach. Buying a used car can sometimes be stressful, but Ketan and the team at OpenRoad Honda made it a very positive experience. I felt comfortable with my purchase and well taken care of throughout the process. I would definitely recommend OpenRoad Honda in Edison, and especially Ketan Patel, to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Great customer service and an overall excellent experience!

  The team at open road Honda are second to none. We walked in off of a referral from our neighbor, Joe K. The manager, John, set us up for success and made us feel comfortable. He connected us with Sergio, who walked the lot with us. Sergio also made us feel very comfortable and heard. Together we figured out what we wanted and test drove the cars. We ran some numbers, but wanted to also check out their CPO vehicles as well. During that time John set us up with Joe R., who was super helpful and friendly. We test drove some of those cars and ran numbers as well. Ultimately, we ended up going with a new car. The team made this process both enjoyable and stress free. I honestly, did not think we would be leaving with a car, but we did. This was a very special purchase as we are expecting our first child. Once all was said and done, Isaiah, walked me through all the features of our new car and made it simple to understand. My husband and I both purchased our vehicles here in 2015 & 2016 and we knew when while growing our family we would like to continue in the Honda family. We are so grateful for Open Road Honda and their entire team.

  Excellent experience with Einar and Sergio! I recently purchased my new Honda CR-V, and I had a great experience throughout the process. I especially want to recognize Einar, the Delivery Specialist, for going above and beyond during the vehicle delivery. Einar was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through each and every feature of the vehicle in detail, explained the different options and settings, and made sure I understood how everything worked. I had quite a few questions, and he answered every one of them patiently without rushing through the delivery. His attention to detail and willingness to explain everything made me feel very comfortable and confident with my new car. I also want to thank Sergio, for being very helpful throughout the purchase process. He was always available to answer my questions. Einar and Sergio are both excellent representatives of the dealership. Their professionalism, knowledge, patience, and customer service made this a very positive car-buying experience. I truly appreciate the effort they put in to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you, Einar and Sergio, for making my new CR-V purchase such a great experience! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
