  I got my car here about a week ago, and the process was incredibly smooth, especially since it was my first time buying from a dealership. Harold assisted me throughout the process and was transparent without any of the typical pressure or “buttering you up” you sometimes get at dealerships. As a woman, I felt very comfortable throughout the entire experience. Jose also helped with the paperwork and made everything easy. My girlies know how nerve-wracking buying a car can be, but this was truly a great experience. Thank you, Harold and Jose! 🩵

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my car at Open Road Honda in Edison NJ, and I especially want to recognize my salesperson Mike Hui for his outstanding service. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we never felt rushed or pressured. He was also incredibly patient during the test drive and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable for our family. We felt well taken care of from beginning to end, and he went above and beyond to make our car-buying experience a positive one.   I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Honda HR-V Sport and had an excellent experience with this dealership. The staff was professional, straightforward, and made the entire process easy. Our sales associate, Zeek, was especially helpful and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. He worked with us through the price negotiation and helped secure a highly competitive loan rate of under 3% for a 48-month term through the dealership. The Carfax report and Honda’s 182-point inspection were provided early in the process, which made it much easier to purchase the vehicle with confidence. The HR-V initially had an issue with the battery and backup camera, but both were repaired without hesitation before the purchase was completed. This is also a military- and veteran-friendly dealership, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a professional and transparent car-buying experience.
