  Great experience at Open Road Honda! Lewez Iskaros was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He helped me find the perfect Honda CR-V and answered all my questions without any pressure. Even though there was a 3-week wait for my preferred color and trim, Lewez kept me updated regularly, which I really appreciated. Sales Manager Chelsea Dawson was also very professional and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend Lewez and the team if you’re looking for a new car!

  The sales guys here are the absolute worst. Paid for the car in full. It took 3 months to recieve our tags after we constantly had to harass them since the temporary tags expired 2 month before we got the tags. Its been over 4 months and I still havent received the title. Call them, they say they will call back....never do. They say they will call when the title comes in...they never do. The salesman Ronnie is THE WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SALESMAN IVE EVER HAD TO WORK WITH! I shouldnt have to beg for the title of the car I paid in full for. When I call, its loud in the background. Seems like a very lazy, unprofessional dealership. Please dont buy your car from here, and if you do DO NOT deal with Ronnie. He is THE worst. Still waiting for my title for over 4 months. I will never buy another car from these guys. The guys in the garage said they wouldnt install the plates for us because it was an out of state tags. I'm disgusted with how we've been treated from everyone in this company. I wish I never bought my car from here.
