I came in towards closing time and 70 miles from home with an unknown metal object in one tire ready to cause a flat and a nail in another tire, and the team at this location was able to assist me with replacing all 4 tires. My tires already had 70,000 miles on them. The Mavis team explained the wear and tear on my tires including needing new struts on the rear of the car. Overall, I found the folks I worked with to be helpful and straightforward. I was able to leave same day with my new tires and to get home safely.

Unbelievable... Darrick's minivan's plastic plate that sticks to the bottom dropped and dragged on the ground when he was driving. When another auto service didn't want to do it, I brought Derrick to Mavis on Woodbridge Ave in Edison; they serviced it and helped him reattach the plate FOR FREE...Wow. Unbelievable...I'm going to bring my two SUBs in for their service shortly

Went here to get my tire alignment and instead of just charging me and doing a bad job, they informed me of the issues my car had before doing the alignment and even recommended me not to until the issues are resolved with the car so it’s not a waste of time and money. Not a lot of places are as honest as this place. For that, I have it 5 stars because they could have lied and just pushed new tires or did the alignment anyway, but they didn’t, instead they helped me out in writing up what my mechanic needs to fix and told me to come on when I’m ready. 10/10 I’m coming back here when I get the work done on my car, they earned my patronage just by being honest folks.
