    Made a reservation for a truck one day. The next day - Nadia sends an e-mail that they are sold out of vehicles. I call to complain and she throws out excuses. I've made plans around this. I note other reviewers having the same problem. You guys have contacted me twice in the past 6 months to see if I needed to rent a truck. Now that I need it, you pull this on me. Fix what's broken! Just a warning to those who read reviews, this could happen to you. Beware

    Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. I reserved a Toyota Tacoma from 8/21–9/4 for approximately $400. Nadia called before pickup and told me the truck would not be available and that they had no pickups to offer. What makes this extremely questionable is that my wife was able to book the same vehicle afterward for the same dates and price. Later, the online rate jumped from approximately $400 to $1,300, while the truck still showed available. If the vehicle truly wasn’t available, why was Enterprise still accepting reservations for it at nearly $900 more? The customer service made matters worse. Nadia was rude, condescending, and dismissive. She told me “I am talking” when I attempted to ask a question, yet repeatedly interrupted me when I spoke. I requested a district manager call me and was told someone would contact me. It has now been three days, and I have received absolutely no call or follow-up from the district manager or anyone from Enterprise. I ultimately rented from Hertz instead. Pricing mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable and honestly felt very shady. After this experience and the complete lack of follow-up, I will never rent from Enterprise again, recommend Enterprise to anyone, or encourage my company or my wife’s company to do business with them. I hope Enterprise corporate reviews what happened at this location.
