  I am absolutely livid!!!! My reservation (Diesel MB Van) was CONFIRMED! I get there and the rental is not available. I was told it was available in Red Bank. So from Edison to Red Bank which means gas AND tolls on me! I get to Red Bank and guess what?! No MB Van. I had to settle for a GMC Savana...for the same price! My mind is blown at the audacity that you would treat paying customers like this!!! Would it have gone against your policy to be honest?! So you still get your money (because I HAVE to leave tonight!) but I don't get the vehicle that I reserved! This was my go to for rentals which I need at least twice a year but never again will I ever give this place a dime! Pictures of what I reserved vs. what I settled for. It does not compare! Especially not the inside features I looked forward to. It gets worse! By the time I get to my destination the oil is on 23%. I still have to make it back home!!!

  Everytime I’ve picked up a car here have had a really good experience. One of their employees who helped me with my car on Saturday 08/08, I think her name was Christina , is amazing. Great costumer service and she was really helpful with the options of insurance coverage explaining to me which one was best. She was the type of employee that makes someone go to a place, just because of how good their costumer service is.
