    One of the employees , Jach Zaccaria checked me in and explained everything very well. He was very friendly and efficient. He offered for great protection plans but there was no pushiness. The car was clean and ready and I didn't have to wait for too long. I liked the transparency in his talk. Will definitely recommend the enterprise at Edison NJ-27.

    This location is the best location I’ve been to. My guy Jack was jacking awesome. Everyone here is very friendly, professional and cool. Ps. Ask Jack for the 2026 Gray Mercedes Sprinter. Best van you’ll drive

    Good deals just make sure you ask what insurance the van needs to be included. For a 15 passenger you need to bring your own insurance car and it has to be a full coverage policy otherwise you are wasting you time coming here.

    Got a email less than 2 hours before my reservation that they wouldn't have a car for me. What’s the point of a reservation if they are just going to give the car away to someone else. Now I’m stuck here, without a car and the guy at the store was so cold and uncaring about it. Terrible way to treat a paying customer.

    Joe at the Enterprise Truck Rental location in Edison is excellent. He’s very easy to communicate with, always willing to help, and very clear and professional in how he handles everything. He told me he would get me a van soon—and just three days later, he delivered with a cargo van. I had been trying for months to get one through the Newark location with no success, so this was a big deal. I really appreciate the effort and follow-through. I will definitely be coming back to this location again.
