- EREldridge Rene4 days ago1.0Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience at Mavis Location I am writing to report a very disappointing experience I had at one of your locations. I recently had a flat tire on the highway and was dropped off by a tow truck at the Mavis location I specifically requested. I arrived at approximately 7:00 AM and waited for the store to open at 8:00 AM. When the employee arrived, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. I was told that without an appointment, my tire could not be repaired. I explained that I had just been stranded on the highway (Exit 8) and had been dropped off there for assistance, as I live near Exit 3. Despite this, the employee repeated that no service would be provided without an appointment and directed me to go to a Midas location down the road. Following this interaction, I left and went to Midas, where my tire was repaired within minutes of arriving. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given the circumstances. I would expect a company in your industry to show more understanding and urgency when assisting customers dealing with roadside emergencies. I hope this issue is addressed so that future customers are treated with greater professionalism and care.
