Came here for a single tire repair/patch. Wait time was not too bad. Alex at the front desk was very professional and friendly not only to me, but to other guest who came during the time I was waiting.

This guy's are amazing, I had a flat tire on a Monday really early, and they did the work for free even offer me some coffe, can't be more grateful, and I dont doubt that they do an amazing job also, honest, kind and just amazing people on the shop.

Highly recommended. Had banging noise coming from engine area. Asked them to look and see what’s wrong. Simple fix. Just required a clamp. No elaborate story about all these issues they found. These are same crew that found mistakes made by a dealer and helped get my car up and running after having broken down up in Somerville. Really appreciate having local place that you can trust.

Nasty and unhelpful - I’ve been supporting this tire store for over 2 decades and have always purchased my Continental SuV tire from them. Today I called and asked if they could plug my tire which picked up a large bolt. They said yes and and I came into the store
When I arrived at 4 o’clock the counter Manager made me wait and then proceeded to tell me he had no time to make the five minute repair. I reminded him that I called and he said to bring in the truck still refused to help me and asked me to leave my new SUV overnight so he can get it to it sometime tomorrow for a five minute job. I probably have spent close to $3500 on tires in the last 18 months and just wanted to be treated fairly. Needless to say I will never be back to this place.
Drove down the street to the local gas station. They fixed it in five minutes and only charge me $25.
