  Paulin, David, and all the men are amazing here. They show you everything - air filter, cabin filter change, oil, everything ! Fast, efficient and took no time at all!!!

  Expect about $110(after coupon) for a 4 quart full synthetic oil change. There are usually coupons online. ($15 off) Kind of expensive but I don’t have the option to do myself. No pricing online and none posted as you go in. They did a quick check of fluids, tire pressure etc. Change was quick. Some slight upselling which should be expected. Passed on all, especially the $55 cabin filter. One star off for the price and the 3k mile oil change sticker. Operators manual says 10k or 7500 if I drive like a maniac.

  I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I had been coming here for 10 years and considered this one of my go-to places for oil changes. I trusted them with my beloved high-mileage car, which had over 130,000 miles. I was having an issue with oil consumption, and the person performing my oil change confidently recommended an engine flush, assuring me that it would help solve the problem. Because I had trusted this shop for years, I agreed to pay extra for the service. Unfortunately, my car has not been the same since. After doing my own research and speaking with others, I learned that engine flushing on older, high-mileage vehicles can carry risks and is not recommended. I’m extremely upset that this service was recommended so confidently without adequately explaining the potential risks. I have now spent close to $1,000 trying to diagnose and repair problems with my car since the flush, and I may end up having to spend significantly more—or potentially replace the vehicle altogether. After 10 years of being a loyal customer, this is unacceptable. I trusted their expertise, followed their recommendation, and now I’m left dealing with the consequences and the financial burden. I will never bring my car back here again, and I strongly encourage other customers to research any additional services recommended to them rather than blindly trusting that the recommendation is in their vehicle’s best interest. At this point, it feels less like they were trying to help me and more like they were trying to sell me another service and make money. A business that works on people’s vehicles should understand the potential consequences of the services it recommends. I’ve lost trust and confidence in Valvoline’s ability to service my car.
