  Yaya was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The whole staff did/does a great job at communicating and working with you in a timely and transparent manner.

  Very rude staff. Employee named Yayah ignored me when I walked in as he was on the phone which was fine. He was there with another employee named Ricardo who was not on the phone but also ignored me when I walked in. Not only did the employee named Ricardo never acknowledge me or ask if I need help he actually proceeded to converse with his co worker yayah in front of me then he got up and left to the back without ever asking if I needed help. Then I stood up to make myself visible waiting for employee named yayah to finish his call. After Yayah finished his call he continued to ignore me until I made eye contact. He then lied and said he didn’t see me so unless he is blind I don’t understand how you not see someone walk into your establishment, take a seat and wait for 10 mins in front of your face then I also stand up in front of you to make myself visible and you just lie and say you didn’t see me. Then employee Yayah proceeds to say to me “well you didn’t say anything you just stood in the corner”.. so you claim you didn’t see me but then also say i stood in the corner and never spoke. Well how could I speak to you when you were actively on a call..then the employee named Yahyah proceeds to tell me “well Ricardo was sitting there”. First of all I’m not the enterprise employee YOU ARE. And I’m sure enterprise trains its employees to acknowledge customers as they walk in unless they allow loitering in the business. So to tell me Ricardo was there as if Ricardo is not the one being paid to service clients and I should’ve acknowledged him on arrival instead of him asking if I needed help is unprofessional and ridiculous. I will be emailing corporate also as ignoring customers who come in for service I’m sure is not part of enterprise training.

  We reserved a midsize suv but they gave us a compact suv without confirming with us. The downgraded vehicle was not comfortable and air conditioner wasn't functioning properly. The downgraded vehicle also had scratches and dents all along the side of the car. I wouldn’t recommend this location just off of the principle of not get the class of car that I reserved.

  Total Cost: I thought the total cost was comparable to most budget rent-a-car prices. Additional Insurance Coverage & Add-ons: I always look for these items and more than likely I take the additional coverages. The online system immediately retrieved the info from my license. I wish they were able to see my good driving record and offer discounts. Condition & Cleanliness: ATTENTION CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS: Please fund their office and service spaces. It was not dirty during my pick up and drop off; but the office lacks the appearance of recent upgrades, renovations and a modern office environment. Pick-up and Drop-off Experience: I spoke to Moses prior to making my rental reservation. He couldn't commit to the specific car I wanted, but assured me he had similar models in stock. I made the reservation based on his professional and empathetic manner; I have no regrets and I will recommend this location based on his service prior to my reservation and at drop-off. Thank you Moses!
