  I cannot say enough good things about my experience buying my Volvo XC60! From the moment I contacted the dealership, the service was absolutely top-notch, but the absolute highlight of the entire process was my salesman, Aldo. Aldo is hands-down the best car salesman my husband and I have ever worked with. We came in with a very specific vision of what we wanted, and he didn’t stop until he got me exactly the right vehicle. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens to what you want without making you feel rushed or pressured. What sets Aldo apart is his genuine warmth and dedication. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, informed, and completely happy with your choice. He made the entire process smooth, transparent, and actually fun!   My experience at Prestige Volvo was amazing! Everyone I spoke to from the moment I walked in was very welcoming and kind. Aldo and the sales team were very helpful and thorough throughout the entire process, going above and beyond to answer any uncertainties or questions that came up. Aldo himself was very knowledgeable, open and transparent, and that made me feel comfortable. He also made the buying process very smooth, and tailored to my specific needs as an out of state buyer with a busy work schedule. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this dealership! I’m in love with my xc40!

  Although I did not want to have to get my car serviced here being out of town I hit a NJ pothole and cracked my rim. Emily was very helpful and more than willing to accommodate with a shuttle while I was in town from NC. I originally went to a differing Volvo dealership but the service was not good and also they tried to overcharge me requesting extra fees. When I was there even though there was an array of people who came at once it still moved smoothly and Emily was patient and more than willing to accommodate. The shuttle driver Isabelle was phenomenal and truly a people person! She is an asset to the dealership and I appreciate all of her help as well!

  Emily in the service department was absolutely fantastic. She was welcoming, professional, and made the entire service experience seamless. She kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. It's rare to find someone who is so attentive and genuinely committed to excellent customer service. Emily's friendly attitude and great communication made what could have been a routine service visit a truly positive experience.   Another incredible experience with Prestige Volvo! This is exactly why I remain loyal to the East Hanover location. Four years after purchasing my last vehicle, I returned and somehow the customer service was even better than I remembered. A huge thank you to Nicole for helping me find exactly the car I was looking for and making it work for me. She went above and beyond, answering my questions even after I got home and responding to texts early in the morning. Her dedication and commitment to her customers are truly outstanding. Thank you as well to Jake for taking the time to thoroughly review all of the financial details and ensure I understood everything. And a special shoutout to Louis for helping a gal out by putting the plates on my new car! From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making the experience a great one.
