  This is my third new car that I’ve leased from Prestige Volvo. My salesman Aldo Salcedo did a phenomenal job in ensuring that the entire experience was seamless. He was always cognizant of my time as almost of our our interactions were mostly by text with a few emails. And when I arrived to pick up my new car and see it for the first time, it took less than 1 hour to complete all the documentation. I highly recommend Aldo and Prestige Volvo.

  Very busy dealership that also seems to also do robust Polestar business. Sharing excellent experience with Aldo, shared his phone with me early on in the online inquiry process, very responsive to text messages about questions and even helped negotiate price down from listing with manager. So much so, was able to make trip down to NJ from out of state, see and test drive car, and drive home that same day. Afterwards, Aldo proactively kept in touch to make sure things were working well and proper paperwork was completed to get out of state plates sent. In era of duplicitous dealers, highly recommend having Aldo in your corner if you're looking for a Volvo or a Polestar.

  Ryan Entwistle and Lyndsey were absolutely wonderful to work with at Prestige Volvo! They were so professional, knowledgeable, and truly worked hard to find the best deal for me. This is the second time I am leasing from Prestige because I know they will always work on my behalf and make sure I am taken care of. They consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The relationship and care they build with their customers is something very special. I highly recommend Prestige Volvo, especially Ryan and Lyndsey, for anyone looking for an honest, professional, and exceptional car experience.

  Had a great experience here while searching for (and ultimately buying) a used Polestar 2 LRDM. Throughout the whole process I was in contact with Ryan. He was able to schedule the test drive, let me spend a considerable amount of time with the car, and answer any questions I had. When I expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle, I was simply able to discuss my options with Ryan and leave to take time to make a decision. No pressure, no trying to force a sale- just kind and informative the whole visit. Once I decided to make the purchase, Ryan guided me through the whole process and I was able to pick up the car the following weekend. The car is fantastic, and so was my experience with Ryan/Prestige Volvo! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a Polestar!

  I'm writing a second review here for Jesus Arriola, the salesperson who helped me with my Polestar 4 lease. Transparently, I used ChatGPT to write the first review. After seeing other reviews that were SO similar, it was weighing on me. Jesus was amazing. The guy really was great to work with, and he was patient. I literally spent 8 hours at the dealership taking meetings for work, and Jesus was very accommodating. We worked out a great deal, and that's only because he went to bat for me with his sales manager. And the car....my goodness....this thing doesn't drive. It floats. It's fast, packed with cool tech and features, feels solid, and it's safe. Great family car if you have one or two kiddo's. My spouse has a Volvo, and we've used Prestige for service for the past two years. Shout out to Jason in the service department as well - Great dude, always super helpful when we need to get my wife's car serviced. Between Jesus (salesperson) and Jason (service) I've got two great people I know I can rely on when it comes to our vehicles. Go see these guys. And FWIW, Jesus did not ask me to re-write this review. My conscience did, because he treated me with respect, and he deserves the exact same treatment from me. Jesus - you're the man. Thank you!
