  We had a wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo, especially with Nicole! She was helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process of helping us get our new Volvo. We had two little babies with us, so needless to say, things got pretty chaotic at times. But Nicole and everyone at Prestige Volvo were so understanding and patient with us, which made the whole experience much less stressful. We really appreciated how kind and accommodating everyone was. It’s not every day that buying a car with two babies feels like a pleasant experience, but they made it one. We’re happy with our new car and very grateful to Nicole and the entire Prestige Volvo team. Highly recommend!

  Good experience- John Uy was very accommodating, I came in pretty late about an hour before closing and the car I wanted to see was not on the lot, with it being close to closing I assumed I'd be asked to come back but instead we took a car and drove over to their secondary lot to test drive it. I liked the car so I started some of the paperwork but was having second thoughts about if I wanted the larger xc90 so I let John know and asked to test drive an xc60 before continuing and he had one waiting the next time I came in. When test driving the xc60 I remember being told it had a b6 engine but after getting out I saw a b5 badge on the back and so that felt weird but he did mention that after a specific year the xc60 no longer comes with a b6 in north America so I just assumed it was a miscommunication. But all in all it was a good experience.

  We bought our Polestar 4 Pilot Plus from John Yu at Prestige Volvo in East Hanover, NJ, and he made the whole process easy. John is knowledgeable, honest, and there were no tricks or pressure at any point — just straightforward, helpful information. He’s approachable and easy to work with, and it’s clear he’s proud of the cars he sells. He took the time to understand what we actually wanted out of a car before making any recommendations. When we got to negotiating, he felt like he was in our corner the whole time, working to get us to a deal that felt fair for everyone. Honestly one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had. We’d definitely work with John again and will be recommending him to friends looking for a car. Thank you John.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  I recently brought my car to Prestige Volvo Matt Haiken for service, and I want to recognize Kelwin,Emily,Tammy his wonderful team members (for the exceptional care and kindness they showed me. From the moment I arrived, everyone worked seamlessly together and treated me with genuine warmth and compassion. While I was there, I noticed a butterfly pin on the counter that was part of a fundraiser for a child with cancer. I mentioned to Kelwin that my mom passed away in June and that butterflies have become really meaningful to me because they remind me of her. One of the woman on the team quietly came over (Tammy) and gave me the butterfly pin. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that it brought me to tears. I later learned she was on her way to a funeral herself, yet she still took the time to show kindness to a complete stranger. I gave her a hug because her compassion truly touched my heart. Experiences like this are rare. Prestige Volvo isn’t just a place that provides excellent service for your vehicle. They have people who genuinely care about others. Thank you, Kelwin, Emily and Tammy for your outstanding teamwork, professionalism, and most importantly, your kindness. I’ll never forget it.

  Their service department is incredibly incompetent. My polestar has gone in for an issue 3 times and they never have a service loaner so they just send you to enterprise rental which gives you a car that is not even half the value of P3. In the last service my P3 was out for almost 4 weeks with no loaner available, so they sent me to enterprise under a reservation made by them. When the time came to return the rental car they didn’t pay the entire rental and enterprise ended up charging my card for the reminder. It’s been 3 weeks and I am at my wits end on why this has become my problem to solve. No follow-ups from service unless you call to ask what’s going on and their service manager Tammy is incredibly curt. She talks to you as if she is doing you a favor while relaying their limitations as resolution vs accepting responsibility or giving any indication that they are working to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
