  Had great experience at the East Hanover Enterprise location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The employees were upfront and honest about what to expect, which I really appreciated. There was unavailability of vehicle that we booked, they reached out to me immediately and provided other options. Really happy with the way they explained about the situation. Vehicle was new and smooth. Great maintenance. Their communication was clear, there were no surprises, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from this location again. Thank you for great experience.

  Can't say enough good things, after an accident they got me into a vehicle quickly and pain free, prices as reasonable and vehicle was practically brand new. While I wish my original car could've fainted better evan and the folks at the East Hanover enterprise made the rental process simple

  Excellent experience! I was able to rent a car last minute when my car broke down. They sent someone to pick me up, honored the rate they gave me over the phone even though I ended up having to take a car that cost more than the one I asked for on the phone. Returning it was a quick breeze. The car was super clean. Customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend.

  Was stranded in Livingston NJ and needed a vehicle in an emergency. Enterprise on Route 10 in East Hanover really came through for me even though it was very busy and hectic they sent someone to me for pickup to bring me to their location. Everyone was very professional. The Chevrolet Traverse was brand new. Always have a good experience with Enterprise. Cars are always in excellent condition.
