Huge applause and appreciation for Evan & Justin who helped us out the day we checked in to picked up our rental car. We live locally and planned a roadtrip to visit friends in OH. We arrived to check in and there was an issue a lady was having. To my husband and I, she seemed to be overreacting and we were so impressed with how professional and kind trying so hard to resolve and de-esclate the situation. When they helped us, we complimented them on how well they handled the situation. We asked about upgrades for rental car and Justin took us outside and showed us our options. They both were still shaking off the previous interaction with the troubled person before us. We loved the rental and service we received. After hours drop off is also so easy. Thank you ! We will be back!

Enterprise worked with my insurance company to set up a rental for me while my car underwent repairs. The transaction was fast, and my interactions with Enterprise staff were professional and courteous.
