  I had a great experience with Reliance Auto Body! The entire team was helpful, reliable, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Mike was especially outstanding—he was professional, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the repair. The service was incredibly fast, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. It's hard to find a shop that combines excellent customer service with top-notch workmanship, but Reliance Auto Body definitely delivers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and efficient auto body service. Thank you, Mike and the team, for such an excellent experience!

  I had an amazing experience here! They were incredibly affordable, honest, and truly cared about providing the best service possible. The team was very hands-on and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood what my car needed without ever making me feel pressured. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the best service at a fair price. It’s hard to find a shop that’s this knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Reliance Auto Body in New Jersey. The customer service was unacceptable from the start. My phone calls were repeatedly ignored, and when I was finally able to speak with someone, the attitude was arrogant and dismissive rather than helpful. What made the experience even more frustrating was that they refused to accept my car for body work without providing a clear explanation or attempting to offer any alternative solution. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and kept informed, even if a shop is unable to take on a job. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Professional communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, I did not receive either. Guys, please IGNORE this place.

  They did an excellent job repairing the bumper and fender of my 2026 Toyota Camry. This was the shop recommended on an insurance claim and I am truly impressed. The repairs were finished very quickly and I've gone many miles since with no recurring issues. They also cleaned and painted my car, its shine is as good as a new. I had to rent a car from reliance while it was repaired and they were able to return the car from their shop. Great customer service!

  Highly recommend Reliance Auto Body! Excellent work, honest service, and great attention to detail. The team kept me updated throughout the process and made everything smooth and stress-free. The car came back looking amazing — clean, professional, and like nothing ever happened. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. Definitely a shop you can trust with your vehicle!
