Very disappointing experience. I was told that I could purchase the tires from one store and have them installed at another location. I made the trip and wasted a significant amount of time, only to find out when I arrived that they only accept cash. This information should have been communicated upfront. No one was able to help me, and the entire trip ended up being a waste of my time. Very frustrating and poor communication.

I needed to replace two tires on my SUV and AJ helped me out. While the tires didn't arrive when promised, AJ made things right by me. I will use Mavis again in the future thanks to AJ putting the customer first.

A screw flattened my tire, fortunately I was near Mavis. The bays were full and I obviously didn’t have an appointment, but the lady at the front desk got my car in and the tire patched in about a half hour, worked with me so the repair was covered, and got me back on my way. While I was there, I saw them give that same effort serving everyone who came in.

I don’t understand all the good reviews.
So I went there just to get one tire change and there took off all my tires and had my hood open to show me all the things that need work. I think that is totally rude to just take over someone’s car without telling them because I told them to just do that tire. I have my own mechanic but he is further away and so I came to this place but now I know that was not a good choice. They didn’t even align my tires since they took so much time on my car and I had an appointment to go to.
