We then met with Bader and he was able to finalize a deal. Once we met with Michael and signed the contracts, we were on the road with our new car!! Overall a great experience!

We will not be coming back. 1.) the service guy where you drop off your car was rude, there was no were for my husband to wait in our other car because the lot is overflowing and he kept yelling at my husband to move but there was no where for him to move and wait while i dropped off the car. 2. I have a 2023 sportage and the apple car paly cuts out. I have brought it back to fix it and they said it cannot be fixed. They didn't offer any other help and now I have to live with this issue. 3. We bought this kia brand new from the dealership and we didn't know there were after market tires on it. The air valves were fused and they charged us over $300 to fix it when you were the ones that sold us the car brand new. Worst service I have ever had from a dealership.

- TLTJ St. LauranceMar 11, 20171.0A FRIEND TRADED IN THEIR CAR AND WAS ONLY GIVEN 500 IN TRADE ON A CAR WORTH AT LEAST 2000. THE DEALER THEN SOLD THEM A DEMO CLAIMING IT WAS A 2013 MODEL YEAR HOWEVER, WHEN THE VIN WAS RUN IT WAS FOUND THAT THE CAR WAS A 2012 MODEL YEAR VEHICLE. IF IT HAD HAPPENED TO ME I WOULD HAVE CHARGED THEM WITH "UNJUST ENRICHMENT" AND HAULED THEM INTO COURT FOR FRAUD.
