  Ran into car trouble on vacation out of state during a busy holiday weekend and not only was Enterprise able to assist me, they found me a car that could accommodate my large party and all our luggage when other car places could not.

  I made a reservation yesterday and showed up today expecting everything to be ready. Instead, I was told there was no car available. The only option they gave me was to wait around for 4 hours maybe until something became available. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, the girl at the front desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. No apology, no effort to help, just a bad attitude the entire time. It felt like customers are more of an inconvenience to them than anything else. This was a total waste of time and one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
