- NMNanda Kishore MareddySep 19, 20262.0Usually the service is Good if not great!! This time it was not, 1. didnt check the tyre pressure 2. Requested coolant topup, i was charged but its not topped up.
- CBChristian BenitezSep 15, 20265.0In and out in about 20 minutes — quick, honest, and no upsell nonsense. The crew at the Dayton Valvoline explained everything up front, topped off the fluids, checked the tires, and had me back on the road with zero pressure. Pricing was clear from the start. This is my go-to spot for oil changes now. Highly recommend.
- PPP Shah (Patrick)Sep 12, 20265.0Fast, honest, and highly professional service. The crew operated like a well-oiled machine, constantly communicating with each other and keeping me informed. I love that they don't use aggressive scare tactics to sell parts you don't need—they actually showed me what was clean and only recommended what genuinely needed fixing. Super friendly staff and great attention to detail. Highly recommend this location!
- JMJoel MedinaSep 11, 20261.0They misdiagnosed a tire issue, which led me to having to purchase a new tire due to the incompetence of their new workers. They provided me with a false report and failed to perform the simple due diligence of tightening the valve stem after airing up my tires. When I asked follow-up questions, they gave me a BS explanation. Long story short, after leaving, the tire continued to slowly lose air, eventually causing damage beyond repair. I called them, and they said the manager would contact me the following day. However, I had to call them 30 minutes before closing just to get an answer. They ultimately told me there was nothing they could do because I was the one who drove on the damaged tire. Overall, a terrible experience. Their negligence and failure to properly inspect the tire cost me money, and they refused to take any responsibility.
