I was highly satisfied with my experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change because the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They explained the service clearly, answered my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly without making me feel rushed. The service was completed quickly, and I appreciated being kept informed throughout the process. Overall, the combination of great customer service, professionalism, and convenience made this a very positive experience. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others.

I usually have no problem at Valvoline getting my oil change, but this time the attendant stripped the oil drain plug in my car and said it was not their fault, but there was nothing wrong with that plug. When I went there they replaced it with a self tapping aftermarket plug. If there was something wrong with his drain plug, they caused it because they had done the previous two oil changes on the car. And if there was something wrong with the plug the technicians obviously over torque it the last time I was there causing to strip when I brought this up to the person at the time, they told me that person does not work there anymore

The staff at this center are extremely professional, kind and courteous. Their diagnosis at one of my visits, I believe, saved my life as they diagnosed a major problem with my brakes right before I was going on a 2 hour trip.

I spoke with a customer representative over the phone who told me that my specific car would cost $58 for an oil change and an additional $10 coupon- so the final cost would be $48 plus tax. I drove to the location and i was told it would cost $108 plus tax and additional fees for the service. Very deceptive practice and a waste of time.
