  Very pleasant experience right from booking my car online , picking up next day and returning after a week or so. Would sure recommend to select this Enterprise in case you need affordable rental car.

  THE CHECK IN & CHECK OUT PROCESS WAS QUICK & EASY. THE MINI VAN I DROVE WAS IN A CONCERN SAFETY. THE STEERING WHEEL HAD TO MUCH PLAY, THE MINI VAN NEED AN ALIGMENT YOU COULD HEAR THE ROTOR- IN NEED OF NEW BRAKES. INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTED

  The following was included in my survey response to Enterprise: "I had a great renting experience with the Enterprise Office in Colonia, NJ. Agent Brendan was friendly, considerate of my needs, and truly professional. The upgraded vehicle was beautiful, impeccably clean, and ran like a dream. I was impressed and appreciative of the transfer accommodation given to me from my auto repair facility. Due to the quicker than expected turnaround of my auto repair, I returned my rental early. I was so pleased at the understanding nature of the Enterprise office staff on the matter. Thank you all and I highly recommend you; I will definitely be a return customer!"

  What a pleasure dealing with the Colonia, NJ office. Employees are well trained and know their customers and needs. Extremely customer service oriented. A pleasure every time.

  The customer service at this location is horrible. They are rude, lazy and are not helpful at all. I give them no stars.The only reason I put a star is so it can be posted. Otherwise I wouldn't put any stars. Do not rent from this location.
