  This was my first time going to Matthey Automotive. I would normally take my car to a mechanic in Westmont but they have a new front office coordinator and I have been considering going to another mechanic. My parents recommended Matthey. Overall, it was a good experience. My car was ready yesterday and it seems to be running well. The price was within $100 of the estimate I got from the other mechanic. The front office coordinator I met is Carl. He seems like a nice guy and I especially liked his bakery recommendation! I don’t think I will bring my car back to the Westmont mechanic. Thank you, Carl and everyone else at Matthey

  A needed a fairly unorthodox repair in my Tesla, and they handled it with no issue. Everyone i talked to was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Not often I leave a repair shop this pleased

  When you walk into Matthey Automotive you are greeted by the Service Advisors with a smile & professionalism that you don’t find at other establishments. Having car issues is a very sensitive subject & can be costly. Matthey Automotive goes above & beyond to diagnose what is wrong with your vehicle. They give you all the facts for you to be able to make an educated decision. Our Service Advisor Carl kept us informed step by step thought out the entire process. He discussed with us what needed to be repaired & the fees involved. It is this type of honesty that is crucial when faced with car repairs. I will be bringing all of our vehicles to Matthey Automotive!

  I had a great experience with Judd. He was very knowledgeable and kept me aware of every step of the way when my transmission needed to be replaced. Stand up and reliable establishment. I would definitely go back. Judd takes ownership.!

  Great place, took the car in for an oil change and they identified a transmission problem. Documented all the issues with pictures so I could see that there was truly a problem. And helped me within my budget, but made sure everything worked. Carl was awesome with being continually in communication about what was going on, and the whole team there rocks. Appreciate how they helped!
