  My daughter went in to get her tire fixed. It was a tiny puncture and we guessed it would be a quick fix. She calls me to tell me they quoted her a "discounted" price of $470 for a whole replacement. I told her to call the dealership to compare and they quoted her a lower price, after hearing that, he says he charged her the wrong price by mistake and it would actually be $445. I tell her to go to a trusted mechanic nearby, he said there was no need for a replacement and patched it up in minutes for $40. She drove over to the dealership to make sure no replacement was needed and guess what they say. NO REPLACEMENT WAS NEEDED. I would think these workers have kids too, let's not take advantage of unassuming young adults. Everyone in the area is well off enough to not cross check prices and they're aware of that, do not go here unless you'd like to be paying the same price of your actual dealership or for a service you don't even need.

  Yeah people were nice, but that’s all. I went in for a leaking tire, informed me that I need to get the entire tire replaced ($470), quotes me above my dealership price ($465, yes I made sure to call and ask), immediately drops the price ($445) after hearing that, saying they quoted me the wrong tire? Then I went over to the mechanics located next to the BP gas station on closter dock road, they inspected it throughly and said all I needed was a patch up and got me for $40. And I went to my dealership and they confirmed I didn’t need a whole replacement. I think they know most people won’t check in with multiple places cause in most cases it’s an emergency, do not accept the first pricing you get guys, especially at big tire chains like this. I don’t appreciate being scammed. Go somewhere else.

  My second time getting service here. They are friendly, polite and quick. I recommended my son to have his car serviced here as well. Brian and Carla were quick with quotes and very responsive. Good to support businesses that care!

  I had a great experience at Mavis. The technician BRIAN who helped me with my tire puncture was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure my car was safe to drive again. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and positive attitude. Thank you for the help!

  Brian, the manager at Mavis in town provided outstanding service. Earlier this year, I had my tires and rear brakes replaced. And today, he helped me out with a quick repair. I truly appreciate have a great local shop managed by a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly manager. Thank you, Ellen
