Had such a great experience here!! I stopped in without an appointment after my oil light came on right before a road trip, even though I just had an oil change at my dealership last month.
They were fully booked but still took the time to check it out for me. They explained my oil was very low and likely leaking or burning. They topped it off at no charge, checked the sensors, and walked me through how to monitor it on my trip and refill it myself if needed. That really put me at ease before getting on the road for a 5 hour drive!

I went in for an oil change and tire repair after easily making an appointment online.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Brian, who was friendly, professional, and upfront about the wait since they were very busy. I really appreciated his honesty. It wasn't an issue at all because Closter has plenty of places nearby to walk around and pass the time.
About an hour and a half later, I received a call letting me know my car was ready. When I returned, Brian was just as kind and efficient while checking me out. The team completed exactly the services I came in for, everything was reasonably priced, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great customer service, honest communication, fair pricing, and quality work. I would absolutely recommend Mavis Discount Tire and will definitely be back if I ever need work done on my car!
