First off, the online scheduling and pricing is a lie. Brought my car in to see if 1) they could patch the front right tire, or 2) replace the two fronts. Guy told me the back tires looked good (which was obvious). They confirmed my phone number and said they’d call to say if they could patch or have to replace the front 2 tires. I got a call hours later saying they were done, and they replaced all 4. I asked why, and why I wasn’t called, and he first said there was a bubble on one of the tires. I got to the shop and asked to see the bubble on the tire, he couldn’t find that tire, but showed me another tire that didn’t have a bubble. He then said it was because it had a ring. He said he could do buy 3 get 1 free. When checking out they also had the flat repair fee. If I didn’t say something it would have been charged. They left me with no options but to buy the extra tire they put on without calling. Very disappointing and will not be going back.

Had a screw in my tire. Showed up at 9am when they opened and just needed a plug for the tire. There was no one there. They told me it would take them two hours before they could get to my car. This is something that normally takes 5 to 10 minutes at any other tire shop. He continued to argue with me telling me there were other customers they needed to get to first. Yet they had just opened and I was the only costumer there, they refused to plug my tire. Horrible customer service
Once they finally started working on my vehicle. They stood around it for 30 minutes, talking and laughing and didn’t do any work.
Never apologized . Didn’t care. Took there sweet time just to screw with me. I will never come back.
