  If I could, I would give a no star for the blonde young lady that took care of the transaction but the guys were cool and I loved their group goodbye! Which she also took no part in. Guessing her name is Stacey, as it’s on my receipt, but she was very unwelcoming and stale faced. Didn’t give us any feedback at all, just showed us the oil and said “okay, you’re good” Didn’t mention we would soon need an engine flush, no check of filter nor any mention of the issues listed on the maintenance checks. Not typical of my Valvoline experiences.

  Whenever I come to this location all the employees are professional, knowledgeable and so nice. They only give you what you actually need for your car. The coupons are so great. Micah, Brian, Zay and Derek were so quick and helpful. I don’t know why anybody wouldn’t go to Valvoline to get their oil changed and this kind of car maintenance. You don’t even have to wait you just sit in your car. Everything is so fast now is the best especially the one in Clifton, New Jersey.

  Valvoline is a great place to go for an oil change and to have your vehicle’s fluids checked. The technicians at this location are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They provide great customer service and make sure everything is done properly. I highly recommend this Valvoline location in Clifton

  Lex and Jeff were very funny everyone was in high spirits and overall a very good vibe. Oil change was done quick, and the car feels much better than before.

  Wilfredo and his staff are amazing! Great customer service and knowledgeable team. They don’t try to upsell parts unless you absolutely need it. I go out of my way to visit this location.
