  Had a great experience with the Clifton, NJ office! The staff was very friendly, patient, and considerate throughout the whole process. They helped us find a comfortable car that fit our needs perfectly. Excellent customer service and a very smooth experience. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made the rental process smooth, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers, and both Munira and Devin made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for future rentals. Thank you both for the exceptional service!   I recently traveled from South Florida to New Jersey for Mother’s Day Weekend to visit my mom and spend time with family, including a trip to Pennsylvania that required a dependable and safe vehicle. My husband reserved a rental for me through Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 1316 Main Avenue in Clifton, New Jersey, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Devin Castillo, a Management Trainee who truly exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning to the very end of my rental experience on May 9, 2026, Mr. Devin Castillo provided superb customer service. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and safe before getting on the road. Traveling long distances alone can sometimes feel stressful, especially when you are depending on a rental vehicle for family travel, but Devin made the entire process smooth, reassuring, and stress-free. What stood out to me most was how attentive he was to my concerns. I specifically asked him important questions regarding the safety and dependability of the truck rental. I wanted to know if the vehicle had gone through proper tire inspections, oil checks, and maintenance before I began my travels. Devin took the time to answer every question thoroughly and professionally without making me feel rushed. His honesty and confidence immediately gave me peace of mind. He also went above and beyond by providing me with emergency roadside assistance information and explained exactly what to do if I encountered any problems on the road, such as a flat tire or breakdown. He reassured me that assistance would be available and that Enterprise would help get me safely back into another vehicle if needed at no additional cost. Knowing that level of support was available made me feel extremely safe and protected during my travels. In today’s world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but Mr. Devin Castillo truly represents what outstanding customer care should look like. His professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to customer safety made a lasting impression on me. Because of him, my Mother’s Day trip was enjoyable, worry-free, and memorable for all the right reasons. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Clifton, New Jersey location to my friends and family, and I especially recommend asking for Mr. Devin Castillo if you want someone who genuinely cares about his customers.
