They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and professional, and their positive attitude really made my experience a great one. James even went out of his way to provide me with a box for the items I purchased in store. Thank you for having employees who go above and beyond for customers!

James, a young man working there, didn’t hesitate to help me even though they were shutting down and i couldn’t use the tools, he stayed after his shift, swapped my battery for free, and was super professional the whole time. absolute legend, went way above and beyond. Stores like this need more people like him. thanks james, you saved my night!

I waited a long time while the staff (Oski V.) kept passing me off from one employee to another without actually providing the service. In the end, I had to leave without getting my battery tested. Poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall.
