Waste of time location. I had my car jumped to drive there only for the manager to tell me he could sell me the $300 battery but not change it. (Super helpful when your car is dead and you don’t have the luxury of coming and going as you please.) first he told me it was because of the weather, but it was no longer raining. I mentioned that to him. Then he told me he couldn’t leave a new hire ‘alone’ on the floor despite it being 12:45pm on a Monday and relatively dead and my car being immediately visible from the entrance. He said I could come later which was the least helpful thing and he offered to help me jump my car so I could drive it to another location. (Why a different location could replace the battery in the same weather makes no sense.) I don’t know why this person is a manager. clearly he can’t help customers through car problems, troubleshoot, or multitask. There are a million other places to buy parts from and he’s a good reason to go elsewhere.

Came the other day for a starter and there was a long line. I was helped by a young kind gentleman named Daniel! very professional and efficient! He was very helpful and let me know the best tips i should do for my car so shout out to him! unfortunately, I’m gonna deduct two stars because when i was waiting in line there was two young men (including daniel) working the registers perfectly fine helping customers the best way they could, and there was this girl sitting in the back on her phone doing nothing!! Unbelievable. I saw her name-tag at some point I believe it said Evelyn. Very unfortunate. People would've been helped faster if she was at a register doing her job instead of being on her phone on the floor.

AutoZone is my go to place whenever I need a do it yourself part or information. I've used them in Florida, Georgia and New Jersey and at each location the personnel were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
