  Great employees! Quick work and know what they are doing. They point out everything you may not have known was wrong with your vehicle. So much respect for these guys. Trustworthy!!!

  Came in earlier in the afternoon to get my tire pressure checked and was told to come back around 3:30 by the person at the front desk. When I arrived on time I was told that it would be an hour wait since there were two other cars before me. Terrible communication and time management never coming back.

  Paid nearly 2 grand to leave with my car making new noises. Apparently, via the mechanic, “yeah well cars are gonna make noise.” Well… if I bring my car to a mechanic to fix a noise I shouldn’t leave it with a new one. This place sucks. 0/10 Do not recommend.. So unprofessional and so rude.

  Let me give a 10000% for this place Mr.Tire ,Blackwood Clemton Rd. MANAGER Mr Shawn was the best service out there .l took my truck with a flat tire to competitor, they told me they couldn't do anything for me .. I call Mr Tire they took me right in and fix my tire, yes they said they would recommend me to get a new trie ,but when I was ready no high sale pitch just straight forward. I was so happy with the service I had them chang my oil too .This place was amazing, honest and hardworking people. There are so many service centers, and I have been to many ,but Mr.Tire is the best in town ..if you don't believe me give them a try and your see for yourself..thank you again Mr.Tire .Jerry from Blackwood.

  I brought my car there three days after I bought it from Carvana for warped rotors a pulsating when using the brakes they told me they called silver rock and silver rock has no claim three days later my daughter had brain surgery June 1 I brought my car may 27th nothing in the computer showing I even brought my car so now it’s past the 30 days silver rock nor Carvana will fix my vehicle because the mechanic in this shop never reported the diagnostic to the Warrenty company so NO I would not recommend this shop HOW DO YOU TAKE A CAR TO A MECHANIC SHOP FOR A WARRENTY ISSUE AND NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE COMPUTER THAT DIAGNOSTIC ARE DONE SO SAD IF THEY WOULD OF TEST DROVE LIKE I ASKED CARVANA WOULD OF REPLACED THE ROTTERS FROM THE FIRST VISIT
