Miley is one of the most enthusiastic people I've ever met when it comes to helping people with their vehicles. And undoubtedly that spirit carries over onto the rest of the crew, and has, thus far, reflected in their work.
Louis (Lewis?) has always been very even keeled and easy to speak with about any issues that have needed to be resolved with either my wife, or my, vehicle[s].
Both of them working together have brought to this particular Mavis (this one being the only Mavis I've been to) what seems to me to be a genuine desire to help the customer.
While I won't get into the details of our vehicles. I will say that my opinion has swayed from that of reluctance in taking my car there (from experiences prior to these two being there, in particular), to giving them a 5 star review as a direct result of their willingness to work with us, and their expression of being happy to do so.
While nothing can be expected to be perfect with vehicles that have over 140,000 miles on them, any follow ups that were brought to either of their attentions were immediately resolved in a courteous and professional manner.
These people have shown they are experts in how to speak with those who likely do not speak "mechanic". And I feel that many people (myself included) could take very positive experiences into the rest of their daily lives if they are willing to see that there are people out there who genuinely care to help.

I'd like to give kudo's to the store in Clementon NJ for their generous help yesterday.
I was putting air in my tires at their shop and this thing blew off.
Not only did they fix this for FREE but they also put the frozen food I had in my trunk in their freezer for me so it didn't melt.
Wonderful people who helped me in a desperate pinch.
I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
