  (2/2) When I went to the shop I asked just to make sure I was speaking to the general manager (I only asked because he was not wearing a name tag, and I needed to know for documentation purposes) he took offense to this and actually said “It starts with me and it ends with me”. I asked if he had a district manager, which I was told no just to look at the reviews and see the district managers email right there. Overall he was rude in dealing with the situation and taking accountability. He ran in circles with contradicting answers for the next steps. He even claimed not being there the day I got my service even though he is listed under the ‘services performed by’ section in my paperwork! He refused to issue any refund for the oil change nor reimburse any of the expenses caused at that moment. He told us he would get back to us in a week, and to no surprise that was another lie. I had to call corporate again just to make sure I had a case, which I didn’t, and now I have to wait another 3 days for any word back. The General Manager also assumed I would leave the evidence of all of my paperwork and the oil pan at the shop, that was very off to me. In my opinion, the way I was spoken to was extremely disrespectful and no customer should be spoken to in that manner when trying to simply resolve an issue. I spoke with respect at first and the manager completely escalated the situation. It’s a shame that I trusted this shop and good reviews and ended up scammed. Listen to the bad reviews here because this shop has a tendency to negligently service vehicles, cause issues, and provide horrid customer service after. There was even another customer there at the same time as me having issues for the 3rd time with oil leakage after getting his oil change there. CLEARLY something is wrong here. This place shouldn’t even be up and running.

  This shop deserves no stars at all. Both the mechanical and customer service are lacking in every way, shape, and form. I never had any issue with Jiffy Lube prior to this service but this is literally the worst shop (of all time, not just jiffy lubes) I have ever taken my vehicle to. I’m never visiting a Jiffy Lube again because of how awful this instance has been. I visited in July for a simple oil change, sat for about 45 minutes (even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me) after waiting a while to be greeted at all. After that, I paid and left not thinking much of the visit. About 3 weeks later, my check engine and oil pressure lights went off in my vehicle. I had to pull over and have the vehicle taken to the nearest independent mechanic. I was then shown that my vehicle had absolutely no oil in it and that my oil pan was broken. Oh and my drain plug was stripped and replaced by a shoddy wing nut that wasn’t flush at all with the pan. ( [pictured] Found out way later that this is their “temporary fix” for when they break and strip the plug out of your car, this “temporary fix” I was never told about -at all- not even in my invoice that is NOT able to keep oil in the vehicle) Needless to say, this was done by whichever mechanic at Jiffy Lube worked on my car who also failed to inform me at all that they broke and stripped these parts. Again it’s not even listed on my invoice that this was done, so I would never trust an invoice from here either. It is a miracle my engine didn’t seize. The negligence and awful workmanship from this shop caused about $600 in repairs needed for my vehicle. That on top of the $160 I paid for the oil change brings me to a whopping $760 and 45 minutes paid to a shop that is extremely hesitant to even help me with the issue they fully caused. I went back to Jiffy Lube the same day I found out about the damage and got my vehicle back up and running. When the general manager Patrick came out, he cut us off as soon as we tried to explain what had happened and said “let me give you a little advice, when you think a shop messed up your car you go back to that shop. it’s not fair that you’re just now bringing this to me.” Even though it was the same day I found out the damage?! Not to mention I couldn’t go back to the Jiffy Lube no matter what, I can’t drive the car an extra 40 minutes away with no oil and 2 cylinders in my engine going out. (1/2)

  PSA: Do yourself a favor and take your car to a reliable, trustworthy mechanic. 🚗🔧 I would NOT recommend taking your car here. Save yourself the headache, money, and unnecessary stress.

  Had a very nice first experience getting my oils changed here. I also needed a headlight and they didn’t have it in stock and went out and got it. Very good service.

  Service members are nice, I just think it’s too much upselling there, and one of the services they upsold me on(rotate tires) they forgot to do it. I had to check with the staff to ensure it was done since I was already charged for it, and it wasn’t done.
