  The guys were very helpful and informative about my car and the services it needed. I ended up saving money on a oil change thanks to their help. They made me feel comfortable and also gave me future options on services I may need later on. I am so grateful for them.

  I had, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced at Valvoline. I’ve been to plenty of other places before, but none come close to the level of quality and efficiency I experienced here. CJ stood out with exceptional customer service and professionalism. He walked me through every step of the process and made sure not just I, but every customer in the garage, was completely taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back, not only for the high-quality service but also because of CJ and the entire team of technicians. I can’t recommend this location enough.

  The staff was friendly and very efficient. I was in and out in a heartbeat to CSR was Gabriel on the top side. Was Kevin on the bottom side was Alberto. I recommend you use this center to have your oil changed. I read them a five star.

  One of my tires went flat after leaving and as I was leaving the tire pressure light came on and I had to get a new tire. My tires were perfectly fine before but they still said it wasn’t their fault when it was

  I had an oil change done here on April 19, 2024. I have consistently had my oil changes performed at this location in the past. My vehicle is a 2024 model, and I had never experienced any issues with oil leaks prior to this; however, following the oil change, the car began leaking oil from the area surrounding the filter and drain plug. There are no issues during the day, but once the car is parked and cools down, it leaks oil from the specific spot where the service was performed. I visited this service center twice regarding this issue, yet instead of resolving my problem, they suggested that I take the vehicle to a different service center! I definitely do not recommend this place. Edit: They fixed my problem. I went another mechanic and he said there was a problem from drain plug. I bought a new one and they changed my oil again with no charge. Thanks to Kevin who is manager of Valvoline Cherry Hill.
