  Do not recommend this shop at all. They completely messed up a service on my vehicle and then tried to blame the problem on the fact that it was an older car instead of taking responsibility for their work. At no point did anyone acknowledge their mistake or show any accountability. I spoke with the manager, Sam, hoping the situation would be resolved professionally, but that never happened. Instead of addressing the actual issue, I was met with excuses and temporary “band-aid” solutions that did nothing to fix the underlying problem. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and left me with zero confidence in their workmanship or customer service. If a business can’t stand behind its work or take responsibility when something goes wrong, it’s not a business I can recommend.

  I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I chose Safelite because they were the preferred provider through my insurance, although in hindsight I wish I had just gone directly to Tesla. After my windshield replacement, I immediately noticed two major issues: the windshield wiper had been installed incorrectly, and my vehicle’s climate control system was no longer functioning properly. I returned to have the wiper addressed, but the climate issue was never evaluated. With a heat wave approaching and two young children, I couldn’t wait any longer, so I scheduled service with Tesla. Tesla repaired the climate control issue and also corrected the windshield wiper by replacing a missing part that Safelite had told me they were ordering. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up about that part, nor did anyone get back to me regarding reimbursement for the Tesla repair despite my providing the requested documentation. The lack of communication and follow-through was the most frustrating part of this experience. Mistakes can happen, but I expected better customer service and accountability afterward. Based on my experience, I would encourage Tesla owners to consider having the work completed directly through Tesla and using their insurance reimbursement process instead. It would have saved me significant time, frustration, and additional service appointments.

  I hated my experience with safelite. I would not recommend. I only went thru them because my insurance recommended it because they work with them. My first appt was cancelled and rescheduled because the wrong zip code was placed on my account, which caused a scheduling conflict. My second appointment as I’m waiting for the technician to arrive the technician informed me that the company overbooked him and there was no was he was going to make it at any time during the 4 hr time slot I was scheduled for. My third attempt I decided to go to the Cherry Hill Safelite location and the technician thought it was funny when he made me aware that my windshield was not repairable and would have to be replaced. It’s not a laughing matter to me. I made a fourth appt only to get an email that that appt had been canceled and rescheduled for the following day so I had to go on the website and change my appt back to the time I had made it for before it was changed without my permission and without my knowledge. My tech Asaad on my final appt did a great job replacing my windshield but it could never make up for the hassle and disappoint that proceeded.

  I came in for a windshield replacement and my car was taken back immediately. I was updated on the progress of the car frequently via text so you were never guessing when it would be finished. The car was completed in the time promised and the tech couldn’t have been more informative about after care of the windshield and warranty. He answered my questions and couldn’t have been nicer..A real bonus at the Cherry Hill NJ location, they have a little rolling desk that you can use for your computer while you wait. Great experience I would definitely recommend Safe Flight

  Wish I could say I had a great experience. The only good part was how quickly they got me in for a windshield replacement. When I picked my car up there was still tons of debris left on my dashboard and after my husband brought it to their attention he came out with the end of a paintbrush and just brushed it off…..all in my vents and on the seats. Very disappointed with the lack of clean up after themselves and still left ALOT of glass pieces as well as glass dusting all over my car.
