- MNMark Nolan6 days ago5.0Had a side wall bubble in my front tire and a slow leak on a back tire. Called Mr. Tire. They set up and an appointment to inspect my tires while I waited. They also asked if I needed an oil change (which I did) so they took care of that too. Turned out the back tire just needed a valve replaced. While they couldn’t repair the front tire, they ordered a new one for me and scheduled an appointment first thing first thing the next day. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
- RJRenata JonesMay 13, 20261.0DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!! They have extremely dishonest business practices. I went in expecting my road hazard warranty to be honored for a damaged tire. Instead, this shop replaced my tire with a completely different tire and charged me full price without properly explaining anything beforehand. At no point did anyone tell me that the warranty tire was unavailable at their location or that they could not honor the coverage. They simply went ahead with the replacement and handed me a bill afterward. That is unacceptable. If a business cannot honor a warranty, customers deserve to be informed BEFORE any work is done so they can decide whether they want to proceed or take their vehicle somewhere else. The lack of communication and transparency here feels misleading and intentionally deceptive. I trusted this shop to handle the situation honestly. I have been using this shop for over 10 years. Instead I left feeling taken advantage of. I would strongly recommend that customers double-check everything, ask for written approval before any work is performed, and be very cautious dealing with this place. Since I am a young woman, I wonder if I was purposely taken advantage of. I will call corporate to complain about my experience.
